We recently had a complete solar system installed by OVO Solar & Heating - South Coast. Very efficient from initial quotation through to the install and at a very competitive price too. Particular praise to the installation team led by Kai who were brilliant from first to last. Very diligent and skillful but also helpful and willing to answer every question thrown at them by a solar newbie! Would warmly recommend this company in every respect.

We recently had our solar panels and battery storage system installed through OVO Energy, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

From our very first enquiry through to installation and aftercare, OVO has been absolutely excellent. The whole process was incredibly well organised, with clear communication, knowledgeable advice and a genuine commitment to making everything as straightforward as possible.

What particularly impressed me was how OVO took responsibility for the entire project. From helping us choose the right products and understand the most suitable energy tariffs, through to arranging scaffolding, coordinating the installation and providing ongoing support, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The installation itself was exceptional, and the teams involved were fantastic. It was clear that OVO had put real thought into ensuring every part of the customer experience was of the highest standard.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that doesn’t just sell you a product but takes care of the whole journey, making sure you’re happy and confident with your investment.

A huge thank you to everyone at OVO who contributed to making this such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OVO to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage.

We had several quotes for solar panels and battery installation. OVO were very reasonable on price, didn't hard sell and provided a very clear and friendly service. Their survey process was clear and moved onto installation smoothly. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and helpful and the installation completed on time. Very happy with our decision with the panels and battery working great. Highly recommend

Great communication all the way through the process. The team were knowledgeable and professional throughout and talked us through every step. I would highly recommend them if you are considering installing solar panels.

I did a lot of background research before committing myself to such an important outlay and although I didn’t go with OVO initially (through no fault of theirs) I ended up ditching my original supplier as despite doing a lot of the initial work myself the price went up after the site survey. They couldn’t justify it so I then contacted OVO.
Not only were they very competitively priced initially, after the survey when they realised the amount of prep that had been done the price came down.
Right from my first point of contact they were faultless and the customer service was excellent, very considered and thoughtful. Jack Graves, the manager and my main point of contact on numerous occasions (my fault, I’m a nightmare customer) was always there to help, nothing was too much trouble and if I couldn’t get hold of him immediately I didn’t have to wait long for him to get back to me. Mark the installer too, again nothing was too much trouble and the installation was a work of art.
I like to give a balanced review and let anyone make their own minds up but I’ve nothing but praise for the way I was looked after and I would recommend, if you’re in the market for an ASHP, you seriously look at putting these guys at the top of your list.

Very good could have been perfect but I had to clean up some rubbish (cut zip ties) after the installation.

We have been very pleased with the service from OVO from start to finish. The whole process was well organised, and the communication throughout was excellent.

Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and the installation. The solar panels seem to be working perfectly so far, and we are very pleased with our decision to go ahead.

Recently had a full solar and battery system installed. The install team who turned up worked quickly, did a great job, were friendly, everything was installed very neatly, and all the rubbish was removed the following day.

All round, a very good expeience from the back office team to the people I met doing the install.

I have been immensely impressed by the efficiency of all the departments of OVO South Coast with whom I have interacted in recent months during the installation of a solar panel system and associated equipment at my home. Everyone, including departmental staff, surveyors, scaffolders and electricians have been exemplary in all respects. Appointments were kept promptly and never cancelled, and helpful suggestions offered to improve the final results.There was a positive " can do" attitude from everyone and complicated technical issues were explained comprehensively in terms I could understand. I was kept informed of progress and developments throughout and could not find fault with any aspect of my installation. I would suggest that OVO South Coast is fortunate in the quality of its staff, and would highly recommend them as a solar installation option.

Everyone was very polite friendly and helpful - a joy to deal with all of the team. Scaffolding team very quick and courteous. Office staff easy to get hold of and deal with. Roof workers very prompt and efficient. Electricians all lovely especially Matt who worked until 7pm one night to try and get ahead as had some issues with my install, nobody's fault just one of those things but got it all sorted and very happy now up and running.

From my initial enquiry to get Mike's initial estimate at OVO. through contact with Rhys and Lucy in the South Coast office and a very thorough survey by Jack to the end of a three day installation of an Air Heat Pump installation by Billy, Carl, Harry, Adam and Arturo I was kept completely informed by all involved. It is a delight to find such a competent and friendly Company that I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone contemplating shedding their gas boiler and moving to an Air Pump. ( And, yes, it is very quiet when running!)

Whole company seems to be made up of really nice people. Really clear on all the technicalities of a solar install, careful to listen and deal with all the wrinkles our house presented, and a pleasure to have working around the place while it was underway. Heartily recommended.

The process was a bit disjointed at the start from alinitial quote till survey. The results from the survey took longer than anticipated. The installation was completed within a day including removal of scaffolding which was good. I did have an area that needed a little remedial work. Still waiting to hear back when this will take place. Overall pleased with those few niggles.

Overall, the whole new heat pump system journey was good, there were a couple of hitches on the way but these were dealt with efficiently and with as little inconvenience as possible.
I was never put under pressure to make a decision and the whole team were very easy to have around.
I would definitely recommend Ovo Solar Heating-South Coast.

Stuart and Jake make a great team, the work was completed in a day - fitting the inverter, battery, and panels! Really considerate, professional and friendly people, I’m glad I chose to have Solar installed through OVO. Since the installation, Rhys has been checking in that I’m happy and got everything I need. OVO knew my power needs and offered a solar & battery installation to meet my requirements. The scaffolding went up on a Monday solar installation was Tuesday and Wednesday, then scaffolding removed on Thursday. Would highly recommend OVO.

Throughout , the experience from start to finish was exceptional, the only complaint is that I was told by the electrician that any discarded boxes / rubbish would be picked up by the company following the installation, to date the rubbish is still in my front garden
