I have had a set of 12 garden lights for 2 years. These ones come with lifetime warranty which is great because they aren’t any more likely to last than the ones you buy from Bunnings. I contacted the company when I only had one light still working. They immediately organised a full replacement set to be shipped no questions asked. They should’ve asked questions because they just organised the shipping straight to the address from 2 years ago. I’ve spent the past couple of weeks trying to sort out the redelivery via Australia Post. The parcel came from a drop shipping company called Union lucky returns. If you do need to organise a replacement they will work quickly on this but if you have changes to your shipping address make sure you specify that at very first contact with them. The lights are pretty while they last.

The team at Sola are super helpful and friendly. The solar lights are of a high quality and give out a far superior amount of light compared to other solar lights.

How refreshing to deal with a company that is happy to replace something without putting you through the 3rd degree.. Paul was amazing to deal with & is sending me out my replacement light .. well done Solar garden lights .

I bought the festoon lights from SolaGarden. They work perfectly. After a few months, I had a slight issue Paul from the team was so helpful to rectify the issue. Really great customer service.

Received the ultimate pack for Xmas which is amazing. We had a few problems with a few of the lights but with a couple of emails and photos replacement light were sent. These lights look great in the garden.

I have made a couple of purchases and have found the after sales and customer service to be A1. Contacting the company is trouble free and the response to my emails is extremely quick which to me shows that they take note of my experience. I would definitely recommend this company as they show a great interest in their customers and customer satisfaction.

Wow….I am blown away by the outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased solar lights from Solar garden for my Mums very special 90th birthday. It was such a special event and I wanted everyone be perfect.
That was 2 years ago almost to the day. Unfortunately some of the lights have failed but I recalled the lifetime guarantees offered by the company. Not expecting them to honor it, l thought I’d contact them anyway.
WOW….i had a reply within the hour and the lights are being replaced.
UNBELIEVABLE and so appreciated 🥰

You don’t buy from Solagarden for the cheapest price, you buy for their after-sales service. They truly honour their lifetime guarantee. I’ve purchased a few products from them and have already received replacements twice. Each time, the process was quick and hassle-free.

I purchased 2 sets of the ground solar lights in January. They are fantastic and provide a wonderful atmosphere to our garden.
Unfortunately 2 stopped working and I contacted SolaGarden and within a couple of days I had the replacement lights delivered to me.

We've had the Sola Garden lights for almost 2 years and they've been a wonderful addition to our backyard. We always get comments at parties and our kids love playing under them on the trampoline at night.
We had any issue with them recently and Paul immediately responded with some troubleshooting options. When they didn't work the lights were replaced, no question. These lights truly are a good investment.

HQ solar garden. They are brilliant. We bought the solar outdoor lights about 2 years ago and recently we noticed the lights were dim and not bright anymore on a night.
We contacted HQ solar garden and they got back to us straight away. After doing some trouble shooting the lights were still dim. HQ solar sent me out a replacement which was absolutely fantastic. Brilliant customer service and excellent lights. Honestly we have tried other brands but these are the best by far!

Easy ordering , fast delivery

I purchased a bundle of lights back in Febuary and I have recently had an issue with the path lights part of the bundle. I contacted Paul at SolarGarden and within a couple of hours he had responded and the issue is well and truly being resolved.
The customer service and back up of this company is proving to be first rate, just like their products.
Couldn't be happier.
