Difference in taste

I was shocked to say the least when I signed in to the site to find Everything has changed. Maybe I missed any notification that it was happening.
I found that All of my favorites were gone. However, I took the companies advice on comparable flavors and was intensely Disappointed. I preferred the Salty Man line for the very flavorful taste. And in my opinion, the new flavors are Not There. It was like someone forgot to put it in. I've Always used Solace Products, but now for the Very First Time since starting vaping almost 3 years ago I find myself thinking I will have to try others. Not sure yet on that. As far as customer service and deliveries, this company can't be beat.

I have been smoking the dragonfruit menthol for quite some time now and now you all have changed it somehow. It’s different. I will not buy from you all anymore. I now have to find something else. It is the only juice I purchased. Very disappointed.

Favorite company for my vape juice.

Love love this company and their products. My favorite is the Banana Dragonberry Salt and the Dragonfruit Menthol Salt. You can tell it is quality e liquid and nicotine. No Flavor, new regulations.

I have been buying solace for about a year now. All the juices were great until recently. The new federal regulations made them change something. I have tried several of the new flavors. They all have nearly zero flavor. It’s very disappointing.

Shipping issues

My husband ordered 4 different juices with the BOGO sale on September 5th and choose the 1day shipping method, it’s now September 8th still have not received an email in regards to the order being shipped. Me and my husband both have emailed the company and left messages with coustmer service and haven’t heard anything back yet. I have read many great reviews and was really looking foward to trying this product but I am very disappointed in the lack of communication I have received.

Some of the best customer service

They have some of the best customer service I have experienced with a vape company. They took care of me even though I ordered their products from a different retailer.

Solace went above and beyond in order to make sure I was a satisfied customer, and I definitely am! They responded and took care of my issue very quickly and professionally. I absolutely love their salt nic e-juice and I'm just happy they have the customer service to match!!
