I ordered a pair of flat back earrings to wear 24/7 and to sleep as I always forget to put my earrings in in a morning and my previous sleepers from a piercing shop fell out. Ive had them in now since December and I am very happy and impressed. They’re not only stunning and very aesthetically pleasing they stay in all night even with me a restless sleeper🤣 I’ve now got a second pair which I ordered 2 months ago for my seconds as I was so happy and impressed with my first pair. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some earrings to keep in all the time. Thankyou!

this is my favourite jewellery brand, i love how their pieces catch the light and maintain their quality. value for money is 10/10. i have had some pieces for 2 years now, i wear them as my daily pieces and they look as good as when i first got them. couldnt recommend highly enough. thank you :)

Buyers beware before purchasing. I assumed they were selling earrings as a pair per usual earring purchasing practice. However, when my order arrived, one item came as a pair while another item came as a single earring only. Please don't assume their earrings are sold in pairs.

When I realized the mistake and tried to return the items, the return process only made matters worse. Their advertised "100-Day Risk-Free" return policy is just another hassle. Solace Jewellery expects the customer to pay for the return courier. They refused to waive the return charge, and when they process my refund, they will deduct the transportation/shipping fee from my original total.

Even though customer service told me I could arrange to send it back by my own means, that still leaves me paying out of pocket for return shipping. A return is hardly "risk-free" if it costs you money out of pocket.

If you are looking for a standard pair of earrings, be aware that some listings require you to buy two separate single items. If you need to return anything, it will cost you money regardless of how you send it back. Think twice before buying.

I must reiterate my points regarding basic consumer expectations.

In standard retail, earrings are universally perceived and sold as a pair. When an ordinary customer sees the word "Single" on a listing, the natural assumption is that it means a single pair—not a single individual piece. If you intend to sell a single piece of a traditionally paired item, it needs to be explicitly stated as "Single Piece (NOT a pair)" right at the top of the page.

Furthermore, burying a financial deduction in the fine print while boldly advertising a "Risk-Free" guarantee is inherently contradictory. For a first-time shopper, "risk-free" should mean no hidden costs.

I will follow up with your support team via email regarding the return details, but I sincerely hope these changes are made to ensure genuine transparency for future customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service received.
I ordered some earrings and bracelet as a gift for my daughter completing her exams and for her prom, they were supposed to arrive by Friday 12th June, but they never arrived. When I tracked the package, the message I got back was ‘we will update you when we attempt to deliver you parcel’ so the company haven’t used the full tracking service with Royal Mail.
After contacting customer service I was told that I will be sent a replacement order but since I have asked for the new tracking details, RADIO SILENCE. I have asked a few times now and have also contacted them via their what’s app, but still no reply.
Happy to change if issue is resolved.

The issue has now been resolved and new shipment has been received and the jewellery is lovely. Kerry was very helpful, just wish I had this experience from the start.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out and apologies multiple times for the inconvenience as there was an issue on the order. They sent my parcel asap and added a gift for the trouble so really well recovered and the pieces are truly amazing

First time ordering from Solace Jewellery and I really wanted to love it. I placed a generous order on Wednesday 10 June and paid £4.99 for “next working day tracked delivery, order before 2pm (exc. bank holidays).”
As I ordered after the 2pm cut-off, my order should have counted as a Thursday order dispatched Thursday 11 June and delivered the next working day, Friday 12 June. There are no bank holidays in this window. Yet as of Friday 12 June, the order still hasn’t dispatched and there’s no tracking update at all, so the service I paid extra for clearly hasn’t been met.
I’ve tried to get in touch via email, live chat and WhatsApp but haven’t had a reply yet, so I’m still in the dark about where my order is. I appreciate small businesses can’t offer round-the-clock support but for a first order, paying extra for a tracked next-working-day service that hasn’t even moved is a real let-down.
Leaving 2 stars for now, purely on the shipping experience. I’m genuinely happy to update this once the order arrives and things are put right the pieces themselves looked lovely and I want to give an honest, fair picture.

They responded straight away and issued a full refund with no qualms.

I've two sets of earpiercings & have been unable to wear earrings for over a decade due to sensitivity & infection issues. They even troubled me without earrings! So I researched if there was anything I could use & read about implant quality titanium. I bought from Solace, treated & tended to my piercings as if they were freshly done, & wore a couple of pairs of Solace implant quality titanium studs for 6 weeks solid - no problems! Amazing! Since, I've bought several more pairs, sticking to the titanium. I am absolutely thrilled to be able to wear earring jewellery again, swapping studs & hoops no problem.
The order was fine & customer service good - all arrived well packaged, etc.

I really recommend these earrings; they're super cute, don't irritate me when I'm sleeping, and show no sign of tarnish after over a month of constant usage! Not to mention they arrived really quickly too!

I love Solace earrings. I started buying them for my daughter after she’d just had her ears pierced as they have the cutest designs and she was getting sore ears with other earrings.
I still love them but they have gone up a little in price so I don’t buy them quite so frequently.
The flat backs are great and much more comfortable than butterflies but my daughter lost one of the backs, unfortunately they aren’t very cheap to replace and you obviously can’t use butterflies instead so the earrings are now unwearable until I order more backs.
Overall though lovely quality and lovely earrings for adults and kids.

I trust the metal won't make me go red and scratch EVER, I love the styles, the prices are good value and when I've needed help from customer services, they went above and beyond. I've ordered three times. These are the most comfy earrings I've ever owned and the metal is pure.

Every order arrives within a couple of days and is always to a high standard. I would definitely recommend ordering. My go to place for gifts 🎁

I have recently made a second order from Solace Jewellery after being so pleased with my first order! I wanted some flatback earrings for my second piercings and a variety of hoops and studs to switch around. My first order was an adult bundle for £40 which includes a great little jewellery case. The package is delivered on time, it looks beautiful and everything is individually wrapped and sparkly. I was so happy with it all I’ve recently ordered a second bundle! I can leave my earrings in all the time knowing they’ll last, won’t tarnish and they won’t irritate. If you need some day to day earrings or something a little fancier you need to shop here!

UPDATE: once customer service contacted me the issue was quickly resolved and they sent me some replacement earrings free of charge.

The earrings are very pretty but I can't push them through my ear due to the threaded posts, so they're useless.
Customer service sent a nice email to see how I was getting on, which I replied to, but almost 2 weeks later and I still haven't had a response.
