I went to collect my parcel from the…

I went to collect my parcel from the shop after using click and collect. I had not received a text from the shop that the order had arrived (which I was suppose to) so I had to call customer care for them to confirm it was in fact in the shop ready for collection.

When I arrived they did not know about their click and collect option. And when they found my package it was under a pile of boxes and stock with the box being squashed from the weight.

I found the whole experience bizarre.

I recently ordered some skincare from Soilse. Packaging was really nice along with the lovely little free samples I received within my order! Such a lovely touch. Will definitely order again from here! Great deal on skincare too

Super Service

I ordered from this pharmacy online on New Years Day and received item 3 days later. The item was discounted and they also packed in some samples which was a lovely surprise. I'll definitely order from this pharmacy again. Super service.
