I realized just as I placed the order…
I realized just as I placed the order that an old address was still in my profile, I immediately sent a follow in email to notify, but received a message that you were out celebrating something and wouldn’t be back. I noticed my package still went out and was told to pick it up, only problem is I’m NO LoNGEr at that address and it is on the opposite side of the country. Terrible customer service and support!

Honest and true to their word
So after a small hicup which was purely down to the courier not delivering the item Sohimi stood true to their word and delivered the product which i received 48 hrs later thank you very much for listening and taking my concern into account, as for the pruduct itself i cannot fault it excellent item good quality materials used and it shows in the power of this small device 10 out of 10 well done Sohimi

As noted in the last review, the item did not start even after being charged; the switches were not working properly, preventing it from starting. With that said, I requested a return and an RMA. Also, I was not satisfied with the item's size; it's too bulky. Please issue the RMA Number so that I can return the items and be reimbursed for the amount I paid. $125.99: return that amount to my account.
