Dropped my computer off with a fault around 11am this morning, fault diagnosed and fixed, along with a clean and general service by 3pm. Amazing !! Phil was super busy - as always - but managed to squeeze my job in and get it sorted, a life line really as I need my computer daily for work.

Amazing Man! He recovered thousands and thousands of photos and videos for me due to a corrupted hard drive. I was so worried the past 15years of data would be lost and he got every little bit back. Couldn’t recommend enough. He knows exactly what he is doing and is certified. Thanks again!

Went to Phil to install some fans for me and had some other issues with my PC and He did a really good job with it. He told me what issues I had when I brought it into the shop and did an amazing job. I do recommend coming to Phil if you have your PC to be repaired or if you have a PlayStation or Xbox!

was recomended to use this company after an accident with a coffee spill i rang on monday he wasnt available straight away he said leave your name and number which i did phil got back to me within the hour and asked me to take it in to him .he examined it straight away and he told me the keyboard was flooded and knackered he gave me a price which i was quite happy with he ordered the new keyboard while i was in the shop .he said it might get a few days for it to arrive .i was very surprised when he rang me this afternoon to say it was ready .i can recommend this guys company to anyone for his quick and efficient work .thanks again

Asked Phil to build my gaming pc, he went above and beyond helping out with it and got the build done faster than expected. Wasn't the first time I've been here, definitely won't be the last.

went to Phil to build me a gaming pc, he suggested better equipment for it than i had in mind and the price was lower than i expected with the extra things included. the 2 PCs i bought are awesome, very fast and i can play any game i want with them. the 2nd time round i bought my wife a better PC than my own... that PC is even better, yes the price is higher but i wanted better and that is exactly what i recieved off Phil, top notch work. done in a timely manner and i couldn't be happier.

Phil definitely pulled one out of the bag today - old external hard drive with many years worth of files backed up on, showing all the symptoms of being totally beyond help and advised by others this was the case, but he sorted it for me quickly and for a minimal fee. Thanks Phil and I'll be coming back in the future!

Friendly service. Would recommend to anyone who needs a pc repaired. Phil fixed 2 laptops for my daughter for a good reasonable price. Will definitely be going back when we need another repair doing.

There is only one word that i can use to describe my experience with Software Solutions Wigan Ltd which is EXCEPTIONAL. Every time i have visited this store with my computer i was always attended to straight away, no matter what work was been done tools would be dropped and full attention would be given to me every time. Even when i bought a refurbished laptop from Software Solutions Wigan Ltd they couldn't be beaten in price. At absolutely no time did i feel i was been over charged for any repairs, that was done by this computer shop this is why i always left a tip for the staff. One other thing that i always thought a lot of is the way the shop was laid out and kept, which is exceptionally clean, tidy and organised down to a bottle of sanitiser at the door entrance. I would advise everyone to use this computer shop for there custom. I am sure that you will be treated 100% at all times just like i have. I wish Software Solutions Wigan Ltd the very best in every way for the future.

Second time I’ve been to this gentleman, the gentleman for fitted in our drive and reinstall windows for me at this time bypass password system would recommend this gentleman very knowledgeable knows what he’s doing and it done with half an hour

The hard drive on my twelve year old laptop that I bought in the US finally stopped working. I searched on the internet for places that sold refurbished computers and came across Software Solutions Wigan. When Phil saw my computer he said he could fix it. This was music to my ears as I had become attached to my HP and loath to throw it away. Phil replaced the hard drive and transferred the data over. Now it works ten times as fast and he has saved me buying a new one. I can highly recommend Phil. He is friendly, honest and efficient.

I recently took my old home PC to Software Solutions Wigan Ltd as it was starting to 'struggle' and no longer loading properly. This was late in the afternoon but Phil took the time to examine it and explain all the options available. I decided to go for a new PC, as I believe Phil quoted me an excellent price, and also transferred over all my old data. He ordered the new parts for the PC the following day, which was his day off! Even more impressive when the day after that Phil contacted to say that I could collect my new computer. So the whole process took less than 48 hours. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Phil is amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else. My son's gaming computer wasn't working and Phil looked at it straight away, he sorted it and installed extra RAM. He doesn't overcharge at all and is a lovely guy.

When I came back of holiday my desktop wasnt working so took it into Phil on the Friday morning. Phil discussed what he would have to do but had to back up all my files up on a new external hard drive before starting to sort the PC out, which took all day. By early Saturday morning he phoned me up with the bad news that the PC was in a bad way. He discussed the options, put a new smaller hard drive in and that would make it work quicker. As all my files were on an external drive I didnt need to put them back on the computer. I agreed to it and a couple of hours later the computer was ready to pick up. He charged a very reasonable price for the external hard drive, putting all my files on it and fixing the computer.
The next day I sorted my PC out but couldnt get into my mail account. Tried everything and got so much in a muddle which was my fault, that I went back to Phil and told him what I had done and he told me to come in with my passwords and tower the next day and he would guide me and correct my mistakes.
It took 15 mins and I was back to full working order. You dont know how grateful I was, he had the patience to guide me through my mistakes he is so knowledgeable and he didnt charge me. How good is that.
We now have a computer guy who we know we can go back to and trust in every way.
