I never received my disk. I requested a refund, I never got that neither. I'll stick with TEMU (a TRUSTED site) from now on. I should've checked the reviews on SRW before purchasing (as i most O... See more

Dragon Home Naturally Speaking

Dragon Home Naturally Speaking
Bought this software and the download did not work. Waited for the backup disk which was not first generation and that did not work either. Emailed three times and have only received one meaningless reply. Asked for money back do not expect to hear from them. Website is very unhelpful.
My advice is do not buy anything from them!!

Absolute SCAMMERS

Absolute SCAM, I ordered a Windows 10 Repair USB. A blank USB arrived with no markings as shown in their marketing material to indicate that the item is a repair USB. Worse still the USB didn’t work, it appears as though there isn’t anything downloaded on the USB, it’s BLANK. I have emailed then three times with no reply. I’ve phoned them, they don’t answer the phone and their mailbox is full. Their service is absolutely appalling, steer well clear of this company, the are SCAM artists and will just take your money without supplying you with the item described.

No working download link

Ordered software for download. The link arrived but it just takes me back to their IE page saying download here. After reading the reviews here I am confident in calling SCAM.

Do not use this company.

Do not use this company.
I ordered MSOffice for Mac.
It does not open.
Despite numerous phone calls (it goes straight to voicemail), and emails the company has not got back to me with a fix.
They have taken my money and not provided a service.
The reviews are also dubious in my opinion. Lots of 'A+++', I mean, who writes that?

Poor Performance/Company

Ordered and paid for a Windows XP repair disc. Nothing received after a couple of weeks. Following emails eventually received an installation disc - not as ordered. And the wrong disc was also cracked, hence of no use for any purpose.
More emails. A correct disc was to be sent. Despite more email reminders no response from SoftwareRepair World at all, and no replacement.
Despite the amount being small this company is getting paid £ for not issuing a product. My suggestion being do not use this Company at all.

Windows Recovery DVD and then Office successfully installed

I was given a friend's laptop to repair - there had been no anti-virus, and infection had lead to Windows being severely broken. I ordered a laptop recovery DVD from SRW and it worked a treat. After installing anti-virus I ordered Office 2016 from SRW. The installation was a bit fiddly. I had to download the free Office uninstaller from Microsoft and run that before it would allow me to install the new version. When I did, the license number which SRW had given me didn't work. I reported this to SRW and they promptly gave me a second license number, which did work. Overall I am satisfied with the combination of product, price, and customer support.

Scam - don't use them

Ordered a Windows 10 licence key which didn't work. The error message said it was already in use by another user. They refused to refund my money. I was asked by them for a review. Marked it as 1 and pointed out it was a scam. Guess what, it doesn't appear, in fact no bad reviews are shown. Don't even consider ordering anything from this company.

Not a happy customer

i purchased a lifetime Microsoft 365 access in March 2019 and it worked fine. I bought a new PC and inputted the information into it to access MS Office and the information is not recognized. I have tried calling the company but it goes straight to VM. I have messaged via the online messaging system and they have not replied (although they say they will within 12 hours).

I am concerned that this is a scam but I have rated 2* as the product worked initially.

if the company responds and fixes the problem I will update my post.

No Cons Here

Was a bit dubious when I first stumbled across softwarerepairworld.com. This was mainly due to the lack of reviews about this site, but since they have PayPal as a method of payment I decided to place an order and wait. Everything worked out great, I made a mistake with my order, thought it would be downloadable but I requested the media disk by mistake. softwarerepairworld.com kept me up to date with the whole process including an email that stated my item had been shipped.I contacted them and explained that I was expecting a download link. Although they had already shipped the item they still provided me with a download link and I could not be more happy. So Thank you softwarerepairworld.com.
Buy with confidence.
