Joe checked on the problem I reported and let me know that it was some sort of a left over from earlier and that it would go away. That was a quick fix!

I was sceptical about getting MS Office & Business (I really need Outlook) at such a (relatively) low price, and when I had trouble loading it, my worse fears arose.

However, I used the Softwarekeep chatline and was connected with Joe. It seemed that my antivirus etc. was stopping it loading. Joe sent me another link and voila, I have a ligit installation of Office.

At times he must have thought that he was chatting to a chimp, but he was patience personified.

I recently purchased on-line Microsoft Visio 2016 and ran into two issues. The first was quick and easy for one of Softwarekeeps technical guys ...Paul to sort out giving me a bit of advice via the chat room. The second issue I thought was going to be more of a problem but another technical agent...Carl managed to sort the issue out very quickly via the remote dektop help. Exemplary customer service!

Anne helped me with a problem Office install on a Mac for a 90 year old friend. Perfect service, she went through all possible solutions carefully and thoroughly and finally resolved the issue. I've supported Macs for over 25 years and have dealt with a lot of customer/tech support people and Anne is definitely at the top of the tree. Softwarekeep are brilliant and judging by this their customer service is second to none. Well deserved five stars.
