Recently contacted their support team and while it took a little time to solve my "problem", the assistant was definitely helpful.
PS: I would recommend to update the tutorials of activation, since it might make things unnecessarily confusing, wasting additional time from the support team.

Photoshop licence works great. I can download fonts from Adobe without a problem

I wanted to buy Photoshop from them as they promised the software would be added to my personal account.

When I made the purchase, I was notified that I will have to join their organization account in order to use the software I bought which wasn't advertised before.

When I learned it, I asked for a refund right away as this is a misrepresentation of the product.

Support is also completely useless and I am still fighting to get a refund.

The way they sell creative cloud licenses is very sketchy. Contacted Adobe directly to report this. The legal team is taking a look into the situation.

Contacted Digitali 2 times via e-mail to get a full refund including a full report on why the way they are selling these licenses is misleading.

No response, no money. Going via the legal way and reporting the transaction as a scam....

To access Adobe products purchased via Software Digitiali you will be forced to log out from your personal Adobe account and log in to the business account provided by Software Digitiali. I have requested a refund but they don't care. Not right.

First class service, everything works perfect and in case of problem they attend to you right away.

These guys are Brilliant! Software works and is the real thing, save yourself a load of money on this one, Highly recommend and customer service is excellent they respond straight away and have great tech knowledge. I had a problem with my PC so bought a new hard drive they were great in getting adobe going on the new drive and really that was above and beyond as Id already downloaded it once.
