Software depot lost a star for sending me a product key that had already been redeemed. Emre was able to send a replacement which worked. All done by e mail within the day of purchase, not a problem ordering from an Australian company for use in the UK, subscription verified by Microsoft on my account.

Succsessfully asvised Word 21 would not load on my mac due to age. Money refunded. Advised 2016 appropriate. Bought. Word already on mac but non functional due to change of ownership. Used the download key to fire up Word program. All solved . Perfect outcome.Thanks

Because the prices were so reasonable I was sceptical at first, but all genuine and customer service was great too. I accidentally purchased the wrong version of MS Office, a quick chat with Eric in customer service got me a refund and advice on the correct version I needed. Top job!

Software depot upgraded me from Office Home and Student 2021, to the Business edition without asking me. I did not want this product. The space needed on a Mac for this product is 11GB. Software depot quoted 4G space required on their website.
When I asked for a refund because I did not have sufficient space on my Mac, I was advised to simply delete files to fit the new product.
This company did not refund all my monies.
Finally after several emails, they refunded 20%.
They just want to grab your money and then be grubby about it by being misleading.

Hardly waited to get connected on chat, Anne understood the problem quickly and provided the solution. Was so clear I was talking to someone with knowledge and experience.
