i purchased my item, then went to Microsoft website link and entered my code, but had no luck with the download. When I then retried the procedure Microsoft displayed that I had no credit, ie. there was a US Dollar balance of zero. No retry waa possible.

I highly recommend this company. The online purchase was very easy ... and when the digital download would not work due to my laptop being too old (something I should have checked before purchase) the chat team was amazing and very helpful and solved the problem in minutes.

I had booked a call - it never happened. I struggled with your software to the poihnt I took it off my apply mac and asked for a refund again no contact was made with me. I feel I have been scammed.

I have the problem of my attempt to download the office program will not fully download at all, and telling you is a waste of time as your customer service is very poor and no one answers the question for help and assistance to get my problem solved at all.
These quiz's do nothing and never help me at all. I want a refund and end this matter, but no reply for this either. Very poor service totally, like no one cares

Prompt service, even though I was in a foreign country 18000 km from home.
Will install the five programs when I get back but so far you have provide an excellent service which I have used for the last five years.

Paid for Office Home and Business and received a key for Office Pro. Seems pretty sketchy, I could have asked for Home and business and Gotten that for a 10th the price from one of the other sketchy online resellers.

The software was available promptly, and when I had a problem activating it, the problem was also solved quickly.

Have had trouble trying to get to the installer. Sent e-mail and was told I would receive directions or something. To this date(11-7-23), have received NOTHING. It looks like I’ve waisted my money!
