I bought 12 pair of shoes and 10 pair are wonderful and wear great, relief foot pain, and my feet don’t get tired. However when I switched to the different shoe style those were too tight and I had to give away because return too expensive.

I bought my first pair of Softsfeels, lived them and have consequently purchased 4 more pairs. The cushion sole helps my arthritic knees and I can walk quite far. I, highly, recommend this product.

I am very happy with my sneakers as they help the neuropathy in my feet from diabetes.

The claim as these are walking shoes and that a nurse can stand all day. There was no insole support, no arch support, plastic was hard. The claims they make regarding these shoes are lies. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Shoes are very comfortable but the soles appear to be wearing quickly and the stripes are needing new glue as they tend to start coming off.

The worst customer service I've ever come across. Don't buy from them!!! They are Chinese and have Chinese standards. Don't fall for it, even though they use .au they are not in Australia, it's a trick that a lot of Chinese businesses use to fool customers and they won't return your money, if they mess up your order.

I bought a pair and it was the wrong size but that was my fault I should’ve bought a couple of sizes bigger than my regular sneaker size. So I ordered another pair two sizes bigger than my regular sneaker size and they fit perfect. I am a school bus driver and I couldn’t find the comfortable pair of sneakers so I tried these and I turned around and bought myself a second pair and my husband loves them to and got two pairs for himself. And I ordered a pair for my mom and she loves them. And my sister ordered a pair for herself and says she loves them so she is going to order a pair for her husband. My whole family loves them and they are sticking with them every time they need sneakers.

These shoes are so comfortable and really help my neuropathy. I have 3 pairs and ordered for my son, Daughter and husband. Don’t let the price fool you.

The last shoes, I’d got were too small. Could not return them. Not worth buying, if I can not get the right size.

These are by no means comfortable for all day wear! I usually wear Skechers with extra padding and they are way more soft on my feet! I'll be going back to those. Softfeels gave me busters on my toes from the position my arches are in. No cushion effect on heels either

I ordered one pair to give them a try. Loved them. Now have 9 pair in assorted colors. Very comfortable walking shoe. My daughter is a nurse, 12 hour shifts, she loves hers that I gifted for her birthday.

First pair I bought were great. Second pair way too small. Third pair after a discount fit but are tight!!!!! Hope they stretch. None fit like the first pair and there is no size anywhere on these shoes so u don’t know what size u r getting!!!!!!!!!

I’ve had nothing but a really great experience each time I’ve purchased shoes from them! They really do help with my neuropathy and I’m so grateful for that!!!

This is an irresponsible company, as far as I am concerned. I truly wish I had read these reviews prior to making my purchase. They shipped my shoes to the wrong address and then had the audacity to ask me to go retrieve it!!! I paid for shipping to MY HOUSE, not to a stranger's house. They wouldn't resolve my issue. They sent me a picture of the package and it didn't even have my address on it. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing anything from this ridiculous company.

This was a very good purchase I enjoyed the shoes they are very comfortable I experience no pain that she's are very comfortable I get so many compliments on how nice they look thank you guys very much

I am a nurse on my feet 12 hours a day,have a wider foot too.
They are truly comfortable,lovely fit and my feet do not hurt at all!

Me and my husband both have neuropathy and theses shoes have absolutely changed our daily activities for the better we love them would buy them again just wish they got to us quicker

ordered 1 pair to big gave to a friend 2nd pair accidentally to small luckily right size for my wife finally 2 pair perfect size for me but the shoe strings on 1 pair were messed up had to buy more but for price they seem to be lasting & are very comfortable much more than the shoes at the shoe places now that have memory foam & if you don't replace monthly you're toes turn purple these shoes are great for walking & every day.

I ordered a pair of shoes and size was right they felt great. Ordered the same size again and received the wrong size. they told me I could get 30% back or return them to China at my cost. before i received my second pair that didn't fit I had ordered another pair. They fit okay but aren't as comfortable as the first pair. The production is not consistant. These shoes didn't do anything for my neuropathy.
