This company is a scam. I ordered a sweatshirt and received it in a reasonable time, but it's poor quality and doesn't fit. I'm trying to return it but you have to contact them to get the return approval. The only way to contact them is through email. I've emailed them multiple times and they won't respond. Their website says they accept returns within 30 days but I'm guessing I won't hear back from them within that 30 day timeline.

I’ve emailed them 5 times. They’ve never answered. I only received 3 out of my 4 items I ordered. They don’t have a phone number to call. I’ve looked everywhere for it.

The customer service is non-responsive. I have purchased more than a dozen items over the last couple of years and didn't have significant issues until recently. I received a message with the offer of a free blanket with purchase of a sweatshirt; my daughter's birthday was approaching, so I bought one. I got a delivery notification, which did not include the blanket, and there has been no delivery. I've sent four emails over the last four days, and have gotten no response. The order was placed on September 18, 2025, delivery notification on September 22, 2025. I'm incredibly disappointed, and will not make another purchase.

Never received order nor refund from 2023. In the responses to my first emails I sent regarding my hoodie, I was told several lies of why it had not shipped and given false ship dates. After a year they stopped responding at all. Now they are sending ads to my email BUT still do not respond to my emails regarding my 2023 order. I def would not recommend doing business with this scam company.
Almost 3 years & no product received
Almost 3 years later, never received merchandise. Purchased $150 in met h in December 2022 … countless “sorry for the delay, we are working with our vendors to catch up” emails with zero accountability. Almost 2 years after purchase, requested a refund that I was promised u would have in September of 2024. They began ghosting me and still no refund. Recently started sending me solicitation emails and texts that I have a $32 credit. I want my $150 back, not an empty credit for merch I’ll never receive.

Placed an order over TWO years ago. After many promises from the company that it would ship soon they started ghosting me entirely. I assumed they were going out of business soon but they actually have the nerve to start emailing me advertisements again, trying to get me to make another purchase! This goes to show that this isn't just a down-on-their-luck company badly affected by post-pandemic issues. They are a complete scam.

It's going on two years now and no refund or merchandise. I well remember what I was due and ordered, and today I get an email telling me I have a credit of nearly $33 that will expire at midnight. Of course EVEN if I were to order, I would still be spending AGAIN with this company that has not delivered. Originally it was a great company and I have many of their items which I totally and still enjoy. But they are a nightmare if they even still exist as a company and not just a scam.
Cannot Count on Customer Service Promises
I have bought clothing from this company in the past. Nice clothing, but I needed no additional customer service. This time for a Mother's Day purchase I needed to make a simple exchange. I have tried multiple times (at least 4 times) to have customer service respond with exchange arrangements. Each time they acknowledge message received and will respond in 1-2 business days. No response. Soon it will be two months of no REAL response. This is really upsetting and should not have happened. I will not order from them again and will recommend the same to my friends.

Company USED TO BE GOOD. I have like 20 sweaters from them. However is been over 3 years since I ordered a blanket from them - they never sent it and stopped replying to emails about the order over a year ago. I spent $85USD and still haven't received it. Waste of money, don't know what happened.

If I could give it 0, I would. Had delays in shipping, which I understood. But it has now been 3 years since I ordered and no one will return an email anymore. I just wanted a refund of the fifty dollars I spent with this dishonest company.
This operation is a total scam
This operation is a total scam. Haven't received my order or my refund, nor do I expect to. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have received no response. Don't waste your money.
Unreliable company.
In January 2023 I pre-ordered a hoodie, paid for it and waited for it to arrive for my son’s birthday in April. Today is March 5, 2025 and the company refuses to respond to me and refuses to ship my item. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau several times, all I can do is keep reporting them. Up until this pre-order we had good luck with the company even though the quality of the clothes wasn’t spectacular.
If they’re not going to send me the sweatshirt then send me the money back. I’m not asking for more than what I am owed.

I thought I was ordering from a legit Carhartt site. Turns out it was a scam from this company. They took my money and no coat arrived. They owe me $68+. I was such a sucker.

Absolutely horrible. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered so much from this company and they kept saying for over a year that they will ship my items and never did. I lost hundreds of dollars. Stay clear of this shop, so upset over this

I just noticed this company is advertising AGAIN after being silent for months… I was yanked around for months! Promised a refund after waiting more than 8 months for my order. They then ignored my email. I saw they were back advertising so I emailed them again, no response. Do not order from them

I would give 0 stars if I could. They claimed delay after delay and then offered a refund since their products were never gonna ship and kept saying they would escalate my refund and now they refuse to answer my emails about getting a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Don’t order from Soft Serve!!
I had basically the same experience as the other people reviewing here. I received my first two hoodies, and I liked them a lot. So much that I kept giving the company the benefit of the doubt when I was being strung along. I received countless emails about production problems, your hoodie will be shipped on this date, sorry for the inconvenience, etc. until finally all communication stopped. And, of course, too late for any refund from my bank. Please don’t let my experience and those of all these other customers fall on deaf ears! DO NOT ORDER!!
