Hoi Allen Soft Point niet betrouwbaar

Hoi Allen,

Ook ik heb 3 weken geleden een licentie gekocht voor office via marktplaats.
Echter na 3 weken werd mijn account geblokkeerd door Microsoft, Word, Excel onedrive niets werkte meer. Licentie niet geldig voor 365.

Mensen vandaag 21 april heen en weer geapp via marktplaats, maar hij liegt de boel bij elkaar.
Pc en laptop opnieuw geformatteerd, wanneer je dan opnieuw probeert in te loggen krijg je steeds te zien licentie fout.

Wees op je hoede, Ook via de mp app kan je geen ervaringen delen omdat hij betalingen via tikkie doet.

Geen software, wel geld kwijt.

Via een advertentie bij Marktplaats bij Softpoint terecht gekomen voor de aankoop van een Office pakket. Diverse keren contact opgenomen via chat en email om de code of activatie te ontvangen. Uiteindelijk geen reactie meer gekregen.
Dus geen software, wel geld kwijt.
Door deze ervaring besef ik eens te meer dat je enkel bij gerenommeerde bedrijven moet kopen.
