I've purchased three Office 2021 licences over the last few weeks, two installed without a hitch and when the third one didn't activate I emailed customer services and Paul responded within five minutes with the solution to my issue.
Excellent service, I'll be using SoftMall again.

Paid - Activated - Done - Need I say more?

I had downloaded & installed Office 2024 that I had just purchased online from SoftMail, but I was struggling to activate it. I had tried to follow the online instructions, but came to a dead end. After nearly an hour of trying, I contacted SoftMail through their online chat. Their agent (Paul) very patiently helped me through an alternative method, & he even used the phone activation option on my behalf. It took only 25 mins from contacting Paul to being able to use the downloaded app. I was very impressed by his knowledge, skill and helpful attitude.

Downloaded Office 2024 for Mac at a fraction of the cost of downloading from Microsoft. No issue with download or install and license installed without a single problem. Up and running and registered within 15 minutes.

Bought a small package from these guys a long time ago and recently got booted off my Microsoft account, Got help from Paul who send really helpful explanations and excellent and he got me back in when Microsoft were no use. I cannot reccomend using softmall to buy your software enough, and Paul is absolutely brilliant too, I would give my experience with softmall 6 stars if I could!

I was apprehensive about buying this because the price seemed too low, but I took the risk and it was all good. The registration with Microsoft was a bit of a faff, because of their interminable code numbers, but that's Microsoft, not the seller.

This was tricky. Microsoft had crippled my previously satisfactory copy of Office 2021 with inadequately-tested updates. Microsoft support is legendary - as in, it's a legend like King Arthur or the Loch Ness Monster and has no basis in reality - so I thought replacing my 2021 copy with Office 2024 for £25 would be a good solution.

I uninstalled Office 2021, installed the downloaded product and launched Word and Outlook - both of which looked identical to my 2021 products - and neither requested a licence key, as the instructions said Word should. So I uninstalled again, and checked that all the old Office files had been removed - they had. I re-installed 2024, then launched Word, as instructed. Again, it looked like the 2021 version. When I went to check the version and details, I found that the File tab did indeed have a request to enter a licence key, carefully hidden! I entered the key - and it announced itself as 2024 LTSC. "GREAT!" I thought.

Then I looked for Outlook on the Start menu, eventually finding it as 'Outlook Classic'. ('Outlook' gives you the cut-down version that's a replacement for the MS Mail client.) It wanted the licence key, but then insisted that I'd tried to instal it too many times - but I'd only just FOUND the beast! I then had to go through the tedious rigmarole of the 'telephone registration', typing TEN 7-DIGIT NUMBERS into boxes on screen then having to enter EIGHT 6-digit numbers into boxes on my phone screen.

BUT IT WORKED! I'm now the proud owner of a copy of Office 2024 - which looks & feels just like the 2021 version. It remains to be seen whether it's any more stable.

I was a little apprehensive whether it was a scam because of the unbelievable price, but it was a brilliant experience. Easy to purchase and download. Away working in word within minutes.

Mixed feelings about this. All initially went well until I logged in and discovered that the product activation key I purchased a few months prior no longer worked (despite the fact that I was regularly using microsoft office in the interim, so nothing to do with prolonged inactivity). Attempted to contact customer services, who eventually got back to me via email and managed to get this re-activated.

Scam-like Behavior – Avoid This Company

These people behave like scammers. They take your money for one product but deliver something else. If it works, fine, if not, they will refund you. No ethics, no trust, no proper customer service. Stay away — you cannot rely on them.

Easy enough to download had to click the link to remove existing office from Microsoft downloaded inserted new key & it works had a problem customer services emailed the remedy

Great price, quick delivery and good instructions for installation.

Easy download and fairly simple installation.
It was made simpler by the accompanying full instructions; unlike some other suppliers' offerings.
