I’m having difficulty installing Office
I’m having difficulty installing Office. I already tried to get help by email, but it wasn’t conclusive. I followed all the steps, but in the end, to obtain the ID, it requires me to enter a Microsoft business account, and I don’t have one. Therefore, I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Did not receive the key in the first…
Did not receive the key in the first mail received (after purchase). So, I was a bit sceptical. Sent them a mail to inform them that key was missing. But received the key a few hours after (they did apologise for the delay). Had no issues to install the software.

I purchased a NOD32 license on softload.nl and successfully completed the payment, but I only received an invoice and no license key.
Issue was resolved, money were returned with apologies.
