SCAM

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM

Purchased Microsoft Office 365 Product key only to find out immediately after trying the Product key that it was flagged by Microsoft as counterfeited and subsequently deactivated. Contacted the so-called support “Shawn Verma” offered a Microsoft 2021 replacement but I insisted on a refund - and like everyone else emails were ignored.

Finally raised a chargeback through my bank and got money back. Crook needs to have his website shut down.

The company is trading under ProductKeys Limited and Company’s House displays the crook’s name. I have all your details…you will be exposed in my own way and I will get your website shut down. I’ll be taking further action to protect others being scammed.

I too am now beginning to believe this…

I too am now beginning to believe this company is scamming many people. I have tried twice now to procure (via Wowcher), download and register a lifetime Adobe Acrobat product and on each occasion I have failed. The first time I never received a registration key and after waiting the obligatory 72 hours for a response, nothing! So I went back to Wowcher and got a full refund. The second attempt also for an adobe Acrobat product, paid my money, went to redeem my voucher, but when I went on to Softkeys site, my product was sold out!? The site itself is clunky and looks more like a scammers site than a more professional site. So back to Wowcher for another refund. I would suggest you stay clear, until they improve their customer services and website!

Mis-sold a "Lifetime Licence"

Great idea at the time, but be warned, bought "lifetime"licence, after a forced Microsoft update, had to re-enter the password which was then invalid, reached out to the supplied WhatsApp and email address, but no response - so won't use them again

You stand every chance of losing your money

I was mis-sold software that proved to be incompatible, in other words, worthless. I asked for a refund but Softkeys do not answer my emails and when I ring them it appears my number is blocked. So basically I have lost £24. I have used them before and they were ok, so I didn't bother reading the reviews. I wish I had. They are dishonest scammers.

Very dodgy indeed

Very dodgy indeed. Key did not work. Customer service Shawn Verna tried to confuse me and claim conflicting things such as I had used the wrong key, was using the wrong version, that I had to uninstall and reinstall etc. All nonsense. It would be better if crooks would not also try to waste your time. Also, tries to appear to be in London but clearly isnt upon closer inspection.

Scammers

Not genuine at all. Bought MS office, and they send you a stolen email address and password to use for the authentication.

I asked for a refund which they said they would give, but then ghosted me.

I've reported them to Microsoft

Too good to be true?

Purchased Microsoft 365 for a very cheap price. Too good to be true? Yes unfortunately. This outfit has all the hallmarks of a Scam! I received an email invoice receipt almost immediately. Then an email with a "Product Key", with ZERO explanation as to what to do with it. Microsoft require a 16 Digit Code to activate 365 and this code wasn't that. I emailed to find out what to do next and I got a lengthy email explanation. The London Tel. No. for this company doesn't exist, and "Shawn Verma" didn't respond when I asked for a refund. Other products "might" work, but 365 certainly doesn't and I wish I'd read some of these reviews before buying! I'd say avoid!
