While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolute frauds. Took the money and received nothing else. No response to the online chat or emails. The contact number on the website does not work.
Luckily I paid with credit card so was able to do a chargeback and recover the money.

Not recommended
Contacted several times and no reply. Tried to return but they never respond. Keys don't work.
Inefficient and guarantees are worthless
Despite all the verbose guarantees published on the website, this appears to be a scam. Over the last two weeks I have sent numerous emails trying to get the package that I purchased off them to work. Twice I received a product key, and despite following their instructions to the letter, both failed, with messages from Microsoft saying that the account had reached its limit of activations. Twice I was offered remote assistance, but with no advance warning, I was away from home each time, and, although I proposed alternative times when I would be available, they never even acknowledged my email. The operative I dealt with was obviously out of his depth and could not give clear instructions nor offer explanations to the problems I was having as he didn't appear to have even read the emails. I asked for a refund as they had not delivered a working package and he told me that they didn't give refunds. Further correspondence from me has just been ignored. I have now purchased from another company through Wowcher as it gave me more protection from companies like this. Avoid them, they just want your money and their guarantees are worthless.
