WOW! So happy with my MS Office 2021 Pro Plus
Purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus at a really great price and even got a discount code. The activation code was received within a few minutes to my email. I had a little bit of trouble activating the key code myself because I am not very tech savy and don't have much patience with tech but David on the online chat talked me through it within a few minutes and it was really easy with his support. I am now up and running. I would highly recommend and certainly if you are like me and need a bit of help, the online chat help was invaluable. Thank you Softe.Shop one very happy customer!

I know where I will go next time for software!
I initially wondered if the price for Microsoft Office was too good to be true. I bought it for 2 PCs at a much better price than for one computer at Harvey Norman or JB HiFi. I was so happy with the installation and the very helpful tutorial that I also bought Windows 10 for 2 PCs. Although my initial reason for purchase was the excellent price, I was pleasently surprised at how promptly I received email support. The communication and follow-up eMail from Digital Software provided me with a quick and simple fix for my installation problem. It is so good to be able to get such quality service from this reputable Australian business (Digital Software) at prices that rival cheap overseas suppliers. I know where I will go next time for software!

Great result after rocky start
After needing an additional software product for my newly purchased laptop, and having paid for new software subscription, had some issues with getting system to accept licence key.
After contacting support by email and explaining situation, Digital Software offered a work-a-round solution at no additional cost and Laptop software now operating perfectly. great work.

Perfect Customer Service, I had an issue with .dll files not found after the install. I emailed Digital Software and within minutes received a response and information on how to correct the issue. Followed the easy to understand instructions and problem was fixed. A follow up email also reminded me to activate the code, which I had forgotten to do. Outstanding customer service, I was very pleased with the entire process - from ordering to delivery to installation to follow up. Highly recommend!!
