Took full payment for a clearance item in store with card.
When payment had gone through asked me for my expiry date and 3 digits on the back.
I asked why and he said company policy - I explained that they should not be asking this when payment has been taken in person.
Apparently they keep these details on file for 48hrs?!
Head Office need to look at this as its very concerning.

Sold us a chair that was in clearance that was already sold apparently. Nobody marked it as sold and payment was taken only to be told 30 min later it was no longer available.

We were un decided on the colour of the sofa. We asked if we could take 2 samples home, although not policy, the local store manager let us.
This allowed us to make our decision and we purchased a sofa the following day.
