Great customer experience, not pressured,

Husband and I arrived at Sofology feeling really down in the dumps after discovering that the chairs we’d planned to buy elsewhere wouldn’t fit through the doorway of our flat. We’d resigned ourselves to looking for very small armchairs instead.

Marcus took the time to really listen to our situation and immediately showed us a range where the backs could be removed, solving our access problem completely. We absolutely fell in love with the range, and Marcus patiently talked us through every option, from configurations to fabrics and colours.

I was incredibly indecisive about the colour, but Marcus never made us feel rushed or pressured. In fact, we spent around five hours in the store over two visits—one in the morning and another in the afternoon when we returned to make our final decision. Throughout it all, we were offered coffee and biscuits, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

What started as a stressful day turned into a genuinely lovely one. We left having ordered a beautiful new sofa and two chairs, with all our worries gone. We were excited about our purchase and honestly felt like we’d made a new friend in Marcus.

We ended up having a really enjoyable day out. Thank you, Marcus, for your outstanding customer service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience 😊😊

We wee very pleased visiting Sofology , staff was pleased. Bar one member of staff who wanted to follow us round and give us a running of everything we looked at . Very annoying. Until we were then approached by a lovely older lady

We visited the Norwich store and the chap there was very helpful. We chose two sofas and a footstool plus we took out the insurance and purchased a cleaning kit.
Three times the chap went through what we had ordered to make sure we were happy with everything .
We didn't think anything of what we had signed for until I checked the email , at NO time were we told there would be a delivery charge of £129.
This should be explained up front, as we have already paid our deposit we have no choice but to go ahead.
Why were we not told of this cost ???
Anyone else please be aware of this when you are purchasing anything from Sofology.

There was absolutely NO mention of a delivery charge throughout the purchasing of our items. The first time we were aware of this is when the email came with items listed. It was certainly not read out to us verbally or shown to us in writing.

The help I got from " Maurice", with out any pressure, was the fact that finally sealed my decision.

It was who I dealt with that made the experience what it was. She went above and beyond to ensure I got what I wanted with all the relevant information. Even when I changed my mind, it didn’t matter, they changed it all without fuss

I was given all relevant information to make a informed decision.
Mel Stevens was extremely knowledgeable about the product and able to answer all my questions.
He went through all the literature, and I was give the opportunity to read through it. Mel took his time and not rushing me to commit to buying the sofa. The prossess was enjoyable.

Staff in shop extremely helpful. Shown all the options available with different versions of the 2 and 3 seater sofas I eventually bought.
Delivered on time.
Delivery and installation people unbelievably efficient and friendly.
I wish all purchases and deliveries were as good as this. 5 stars all the way.

We have had such a great experience at Norwich Sofology. Really pleased we choose to buy from them.

We visited twice before deciding on a sofa. Both staff members (Marcus and Mark) were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They offered additional items but were not at all pushy and answered any questions we had. Hopefully the sofa itself will live up to expectations.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient

Sales people were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being overbearing or pushy.

Shop staff very helpful and didn’t feel rushed. Have placed order but as yet cannot give opinion of goods or service.
Lauren assisted us on our first visit and guided us to the sort of settee we were looking for. Great patients and understanding. On our return visit to decide on colour choice Mel assisted us and was most helpful.

We recently visited the Norwich store to purchase a suite. We are very pleased we did as we received outstanding customer service from Laura. The help we received was outstanding. Any questions we had were answered promptly and made our purchase so quick and easy. We know we found the perfect suite for us due to Laura's help. Fantastic experience.
