The only place I would ever go for a sofa
This is the only place I would go for sofas and chairs now, No annoying pressure sales, no gimmicks, less stress than most other shops and more reliable than online. Good quality stuff too.

A really good shopping experience
The staff were friendly but not pushy,Natasha was knowledgeable about the products and able to answer all questions we had, she didn’t rush us and was happy to leave us to discuss our choices without her when asked. I would recommend sofology and Natasha in particular to friends and family.

Great customer service in Hedge End store from Mathieu
Needed a new sofa and popped into a number of shops at Hedge End. Sofology (Hedge End) was the only store where we were actually asked if we needed help.
Mathieu not only asked what we were looking for, but had an extensive knowledge of the products and was able to show us a variety of sodas that may meet our requirement.
Once we found the right match, Mathieu talked us though the options and the process overall, emailing us confirmation of the style and sizes so we could go away to think about things.
Overall great experience. Sofa now ordered and looking forward to its arrival.
