We had a great experience buying our sofas, and Si was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and made placing our order very easy and straightforward.

He was also very knowledgeable and showed us how to properly look after and maintain the sofas so they stay looking good for years to come.

There were four of us, all with different ideas and opinions, but Si was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He listened to everyone and helped us make the right choice for what we wanted.

They Sell you a chair 2-3 week delivery they say. 7 weeks later daily calls with each customer service agent saying “i understand your frustration we will escalate your enquiry” this being on a daily basis and still no contact from them. I paid in full and have no item!
They then send an email saying “we haven’t heard from you” absolute joke!! Don’t buy from this company they take your money promise you an item and then have absolutely no idea where the chair is or has gone.

I’m livid and warn other customers not to purchase from this diabolical company!!

Excellent and professional member of staff, Marie, who took her time and lots of patience to explain every aspect of purchasing a sofa from Sofology. We discussed at length the type of sofa to suit my preferences. Result; very pleased with the whole experience.

Everything was explained in simple terms. The first day Leon was very helpful in showing us various sofas and the following day George took over ( in the absence of Leon) and he took overall the paperwork.

The products were great quality with a wide range of styles and colours. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.
