Sales excellent UNABLE TO ORDER SWATCH RANG CUSTONER SERVICES WHO DID IT FOR ME THEN AFTER 4 DAYS A CALL SAYING HE WAS GOING TO ORDER AND IT WOULD TAKE APPROX 14 DAYS DISSAPOINTED INDELAY

Excellent service very helpful staff

I changed my email address in store and everything went downhill from there. They confirmed a delivery date then sold my suite to someone else. Had to reorder wait another 8 weeks after already waiting 12 weeks / do another credit check / fill in another application etc.
Painful

Ordered the 2.5 Allure sofa in store which was a huge mistake as no option to change your mind or a cooling off period.Had I purchased it online I could of sent it back for a full refund within 28 days if i wasn't happy. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable and not worthy of the £2000 price tag!
I fully regret this purchase and cannot recommend sofology as a result.My advise would be to go elsewhere with an option to change your mind or order online,do not purchase in-store as I did.

Our customer service advisor Leigh was excellent. He explained everything and did not rush us into making any snap decisions. Excellent.

Reasonable but could be better.
Staff at the Cardiff store were helpful.
The sofa was delivered at the time agreed. However, when I tried to clean underneath it a couple of weeks later, I discovered one of the legs was not screwed in properly, it kinda fell off when I moved the sofa, so I had to screw it back on.
Also I never received the cleaning kit I paid for with the sofa and when I went to the store to ask them about it, I was told I had to ring a number and request it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Spoke through all our options and gave us plenty of time to browse. Excellent experience and would recommend! Thank you!

Fantastic service by Jay the salesman is Cardiff. Nothing was too much trouble and made our whole experience easy. Highly recommend.

Very relaxed atmosphere in showroom, (Cardiff) ,staff very informative without following
you around and putting you under pressure. Offered coffee whilst looking around and excellent range of suites.
On deciding to purchase salesman ( Leigh) was very thorough, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Made the purchasing process very easy.

Excellent choice of sofas. Previously purchased a sofa here and still very happy. Quality really good. Jake our assistant was friendly, informative and generally so easy to deal with. A credit to the store!!! 👍

We were in the process of moving home,so we had gone to Sofology Cardiff a few times.Every time we went we were helped by the sales team in a very professional,helpful and friendly approach.We were also informed of the launch of their latest sofas so we waited a few days when now moved in to our home we could order.Lee was there to help and guide us with his understanding of interior design too.He was very patient,professional and even stayed longer to help us decide.Obviously we haven’t received the sofa but the sales experience can not be faulted.There are so many beautiful modern styles to choose from ,we highly recommend .

Excellent store, well designed and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff. Nothing too much trouble. Our sales person was Phil who was fantastic. Kind, helpful and knew his job inside out. I would give him 5 stars!!!!
