Ordered from company. Paid £80 delivery only to be charged another £30 by delivery company to "deliver upstairs".
When asked for any sort of receipt or delivery company name, via whatsapp, I was originally told they will get back to me asap... but since then I've been completely ignored. Absolutely AVOID this company unless you want to lose money...shame cause sofa is alright.
DO NOT USE!! These guys are effectively scammers. Two orders of mine were cancelled “at my request” even though I didn’t ask for it to be, both at a total of almost £2000. Can barely get through to their “customer services” either. I believe it’s one guy just messing people about, eventually said we don’t deliver to your postcode even though I was never told this on any email or anything. Completely unprofessional and will never be using them again. Still awaiting a refund, which they said I was straight away in an email but eventually getting in contact they said within 3-5 days. 4 days later I’ve still received nothing and the guy on the phone just makes up more rubbish. Never ever use this company!
Amazing looking sofa for good price and fast delivery!
I’m shocked to be the first review here! I was sooo skeptical about ordering due to no trust pilot reviews but thankfully I had nothing to worry about. I explained how I wanted my custom sized couch and they had it delivered within 24hrs, despite it being Easter weekend…the sofa is great, looks just like the picture and the delivery drivers were polite and helpful in putting it together.
