A perfect sofa for my room. I like this 4-seater sofa but when i ordered it, inventory of the item on the website was just 1. I ordered in hurry still i guess i missed the chance. I was very upset when i did not hear from the company about tracking for 2 days thinking that i will not receive the item. I immediately called and happy to hear the positive and polite response from the representative that it is still in the warehouse and reserved for me. However, due to some issue carrier did not picked the item from the warehouse. Now, it's clear that i will receive the item sooner. I like your beautiful collection and color variants of products. I ordered a sofa just a week ago for my son. Earlier i was worried about delivery as i read various reviews about delay in delivery and one more reason for my worry was the weather condition in my area. As i was eagerly waiting for it, i reached out to the customer support team because i did not hear anything from last 3 days apart from one message regarding tracking number which was not traceable. Your team is very understanding and supported a lot by providing the exact details. This helped me a lot however as the weather was worse here so it was held up at the FedEx destination city for 2 days and when they delivered it, my son was very happy to see the surprise. Finally, when my son came back from school and sat on the sofa, he was amazed with the quality. My wife was having spinal issues and back pain since a very long time. Though we tried different chairs and none was according to the expectations. Then someone recommended me your company for the executive chairs at the affordable price. I went online and started browsing the chairs meeting the desires. I was very skeptical about how it would be, since it is less than a third of the price of most chairs, but i decided to try it out for my wife, and when i received the chair it was great, very comfortable to sit on. FedEx delivered it within 4 business days and packaging was standard. Cushions were appropriate. All in all great product

After a lot of back and forth with Sofamania support team they patiently and promptly responded to my million questions about the difference between different recliners, fabric used, cushioning etc., I finally settled on the recliner as a gift to my couch-potato husband for his birthday. I ordered this 2 seater loveaseat last week as minor assembly was required and it was looking beutiful on the website. It came in some days and everything other than instructions to assemble the item was included in the box. As my guests were about to arrive on the day when i received the item, i was upset becuase i am not able to use it without assembling it. I reached out to the customer service team and expressed my situations in a very aggravating manner. Love to see that they were polite in the whole conversation and provided me the PDF file of the instructions immediately. Thank you so much for making the situation correct quickly.

Seriously i was disappointed when i received my ottoman. Everything was fine except a tiny hole on seat cushion. But then again sofamania helped me with this order and offered various alternatives. Defect was not severe and it was repairable so i though of choosing the partial refund. Good approach to help your customers and the emotion of empathy you showed to us was fantastic.

Bought recliner right at a year ago and it started ripping on the armrest and seat a few months ago. They only offer a 30 day warranty. Called them to see if they would do anything about it and they offered no help. Apparently they are only designed to last less than a year unless you don't use them.

A perfect match for my living room, drawing room and for my children room. Color of the 1seater, 2 seater and 3 seater that i bought from you is so unique and elegant! All the sofas were delivered in parts along with the items clear instruction sheet was there. It was so easy to assemble all the items and fabric qulaity of all the sofas are amazing and upholstery of the items is really nice.

I loved this sofa very much. My kids play and sleep on it comfortably. It is value for money. One thing i want to more add is there customer service team as i am highly impressed with them. I forgot to enter the coupon code and later realized it. I e-mailed the team about it and within couple of minutes i got an e-mail from the team that it has been applied manually to my account. I really appreciate their products and services.

Ordered a Chase, it came in the wrong color, and the materials used are so subpar, the functionality and use of the furniture is very limited to say the least!

Terrible company. Garbage products. And lazy customer service.
I talked to both Ciara and Nikki, and they didn’t even try to help me. After 20 min of back and forth when I said I could leave them a bad review, Nikki said “you go do whatever you wanna do”. Wow!!!!

First and last experience with Sofamania. I purchased a madrid lounge sleeper in a particular color, only to be sent the wrong color, also, this thing is made of cardboard, hard as a rock comfort. Not worth my time or money. I did contact the company. I will be reporting this to the BBB and the merchant I made payment through.

Bad experience, if you would like to buy a sofa get from Amazon that is the same furniture and same price. You cant never return to sofamania because they charge from you %20 and most important think is if you lost original box anyway they never accept return.
