Ordered by phone with an arranged delivery a week later. Sofa arrived as promised. Very comfy and looks great. All round excellent service. Thanks.

Probably the best service I have had. Not only was the sofa delivered to the room but it was put together for me and the boxes were taken away. The delivery men were polite, friendly and efficient. Impressed with the sofa too good quality at a good price, happy with the entire experience.

Sofaland kept me informed as to the progress of my order and as to the delivery time .The driver phoned prior to delivery and did a walk through on arrival to assess the access .They laid down a floor protector as we had just had our floors renovated .All in all a very pleasing experience very helpful and accommodating.

This is a nice company to deal with and I am very pleased with the Chesterfield sofa I purchased. The ordering process was fine but if I'm being ultra critical arranging delivery was not so. The issue was that there was no facility to leave a message or speak to someone when phoning the delivery department to speak to one person named, so delivery was delayed as the person was never available and nobody was able to access the information. It took 1/2 dozen calls and being diverted via sales before it was sorted. So perhaps more staff who can deal with such enquires could make the whole experience perfect😊😊

delivery men were very polite and efficiant.i received excellent communication on when sofa was being delivered and again closer to the arrival time.Product was of exellent quality and at a very reasonable price.Would highly recommend this retailer.

Felt totally spoiled when I bought my sofa from sofa land. Delivery was fast and very helpful. The delivery men very very helpful, careing and kind. They took all the packaging away with them.
Will use again. I would recommend this shop to all.

I found this company online and didn't have the opportunity to view the product in the warehouse. When I called up to ask some questions, the staff were super helpful and friendly and inspired confidence in their product with their knowledge. After making a purchase, the delivery only took three working days and the two gentlemen that delivered were very professional despite the incredibly hot circumstances! They were fast and friendly and a great credit to their company. Overall a first class experience and the sofa's are perfect. A great decision to buy!

Items I ordered are lovely & quality & price are excellent. I was well informed of delivery beforehand & the driver called me on the day to let me know when he would be arriving.

My goods were unpacked & placed where I wanted them...which I wasn't expecting at all.

Our new sofas were delivered in under 3 weeks. Had a call 4 days before and delivery at 8am on the day. Delivery men were friendly polite and efficient. Have recommended Sofaland to my family already. Thank you for a top service.

Being new to ebay i was worried about spending large amounts of money.i couldn't have been more wrong,being a single dad bringing my son up every penny counts and i got a bargain here,quality corner sofa.delivery was super fast,i was dealt with from start to finish very professionally,right down to the delivery men who were top class.thanks so much from myself and son as were cosy on our sofa.perfect!
