When I was ordering my 2 seater side, 2 chairs by phone the staff couldn't be more helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns about them items. I have received my furniture I'm so please with them excellent made and excellent service the delivery men were very friendly care and took excellent care when bringing them into the house. I will be strongly recommending my friends to use your company thank you for your wonderful service

Excellent service from the minute we walked into the store. No sales person came over to bother as we were perusing all of the furniture for over 45 minutes. We never felt under any pressure, and the delivery was prompt and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Very good quality leather sofas at a brilliant price. The delivery men were very poilet and friendly, the people I spoke to in store had very good customer service. I will certainly be shopping with sofaland again and would highly recommend them.

had to phone sofa world to say couldn't take suit coz of having carpets fitted on day they were going to deliver, this was not a problem and they re-arranged the delivery with no fuss. the guys who arrived with my suite a few days later, 1st called me on my mobile to say they were half an hour away which I thought was excellent, they set it up and put it were I asked them no problem great service from the delivery men cant praise them enough. great customer service from picking my suite to delivery . highly recommend sofaland to anyone . great service throughout ...

Sofaland as a company are fine nice and polite had a problem with my sofa took alot longer to fix than it really should have, this was down to the company sofaland use for repairs.The first person that came out was well very incompetent and arrogant towards me but the next person who came was fine and really nice i just had bad luck i think.
i'm giving it 3 stars due to time taken to fix

a quality product at reasonable prices.

Ordered my sofa and company communicated and estimated a 4 to 6 week delivery date. They then gave me a weeks notice when it would arrive. They phoned on the day with a time they would arrive. Unpacked, delivered into the house and set the sofa up. so happy with the quality and look of my sofa. So warm and comfortable. Thanks Sofaland.

We are so happy with this sofa, it was so reasonably priced and the delivery was fuss free, and the delivery drivers were so helpful. the sofa itself was of a higher quality than we expected, not one of those light weight rubbishy things, it is sturdy with no defects and very comfortable to sit on, first class product and service at a great price, thank you Sofaland.

I bought an ex display sofa via the eBay platform. A bargain, good quality & good delivery response!

got the job done no fuss

Had our new sofa, chair and foot stool delivered 19th October 2015. The delivery men were here at the time stated in their text message, 11.05am. And they just got stright on the delivery and placing the furniture in our front room. They were friendly and helpful. Would recommend Sofa Land. My husband and I are happy with the items we have had. :-)

We decided to visit Sofaland Warrington on Wednesday 7th October as we needed a two new Three Seater sofas, Chose the two we wanted paid for them and expected to wait at least 2-3 weeks but on Thursday 8th Oct got a phone call to say the sofas would be delivered on Monday 12th Oct. Brilliant service from Sofaland, the delivery men they use were fantastic in Sofas set up & out the door within 15 minutes this is excellent considering they were delivering two Sofas. Would recommend Sofaland to my Family & Friends. If I ever need another Sofa I would definatley use Sofaland again.......... : )

If it drives u crazy when u get harassed while looking at sofas then this is the place to go. I was left to look and sit as many times as needed. When I wanted to ask a question I went into the little office which is in the showroom. They answered my questions an took my order when I made my decision. Loved it. Delivery was fast and the two lads that came were friendly fast and efficient. All in all I'm very impressed.

First class product and service

I researched several sites and found Sofaland's selection was outstanding and prices very reasonable.
When it was delivered I was given notice of its arrival so I could get home and not have to take a day off work. The delivery men were brilliant; access to my flat is a little awkward but they just sailed through and assembled the sofa really quickly.
Quality of the sofa was even better than I expected, looks far more expensive than it actually cost, I can't recommend Sofaland highly enough!
