Absolutely amazing. Order to delivery 3 weeks amazing

Cool sofa. Very comfortable. Cushions v firm initially but v comfy within a week.

Very happy with my archie sofa, which arrived super quickly as advertised. The sofa is of good quality, a little firm to start with but already softening nicely after a few weeks of use. It looks really smart and we love the colour (ocean). I would have given 4.5 stars if it was possible to give half marks, just because sofah dont provide a telephone number on their website. This gives a message that they dont really want to talk to their customers, which for me is completely the wrong message (and i dont see an email address as an equivalent option). However, i tracked down a phone number for cavendish upholstery and the lady i spoke to was really happy to help. So if you ask me sofah are shooting themselve in the foot a bit. In any case, alls well that ends well so 5 stars it is.

Excellent customer service, quick delivery and great quality.

It’s a nice sofa and it arrived pretty quickly, only problem is the cushions slide off constantly. I’ve tried putting non-slip mats under the cushions which helps a bit but it is annoying.

Bought the Lizzie 3+2 seater sofas and the footrest, the sofa is so comfortable. I wanted to amend the standard order, we chose a different fabric for scatter cushions and footrest and this was updated for our order.Nothing was too much, the customer service was excellent, the delivery was arranged on time and the men delivered the sofas with care and respected my home and then took away all packaging. I would definitely recommend to a friend, in fact I am bringing my mum and dad along to the showroom to help them find a new sofa of their own.

It's a risk buying online but we're thrilled with our Archie in Bubblegum. The colour is not Barbie pink as my husband feared but more a subtle neutral, but still pink. Quite an upright back and very supportive and comfortable.

Five stars for Sofah, one star for the delivery company. The guys were nice enough but were in a rush and refused to come down our drive, saying it was too narrow for their van, but we've had much larger vans down it. So we two pensioners were left with a sofa, wrangling it on a skateboard and up steps and through doorways like the Chuckle Brothers. I'd happily use Sofah again but would request the couriers' smallest van.

Can’t fault Sofah. Our sofa arrived way before we expected (great news as we couldn’t wait) was delivered carefully and after Scotchguarding it we now enjoy sitting comfortably in our new sunroom

Excellent service especially when contacted about ordering a chair in a different fabric to match existing sofa, also with ordering matching cushions in the same fabric.

I was apprehensive ordering the sofa from a photo from a company I didnt know on line but I am really pleased. They responded quickly to my questions i sent by email and the sofa was delivered into the room in a matter if weeks (it was a sale item) and looks beautiful.

Ordered sample. Lovely velvet fabric ,sadly wrong colour green for our decor.

It’s always a risk buying a sofa online. I researched as much as I could and then bought a Lexie charcoal chaise sofa and footstool a Hugo chaise with additional cushion from Sofah, a Lancashire based company. I also purchased additional scatter cushions. The swatch was true to the fabric. Sammy arranged for the order to be delayed until I had finished renovations, she was so responsive and helpful throughout the process which was great. The was a hitch with the delivery dates but again Sammy did her best to sort it out and in fact, went out of her way to do so. The delivery drivers were exceptional, they were so pleasant and helpful, exchanged the travel feet, set everything up and removed all the packaging. I love everything, the quality is superb. I highly recommend Sofah and I will purchase again - thank you all.

I was wary of buying a sofa online, without seeing it or sitting on it, but there definitely was nothing to worry about. The (Pippa) sofa and chair are lovely, so sturdy and comfortable. The colour, blue chenille, is true to the colour of the swatch. I was advised when they would arrive, which was quicker than expected. The customer service, before and after sale, is 1st class, thank you Sammy. I will certainly be buying more from this Company.
