ALWAYS problems with delivery. :(( The parcels get lost. They sent the parcels to the wrong address. Takes weeks to get what you order. :(

I wish I could give a - and not a star.
I ordered two jumpers for my italian greyhounds, the same size xs1 and its handmade so some diffrens in size is to understand but not as much as 4cm.
First the order end up to another person in Sweden and I could after much research find that person and she sent my order to me and I sent her order to her. They had both been sent to wrong adress. Then when I tried the jumpers it was the same size but 4cm diffrens and I asked for a discount after all trouble
But no, I had to pay for the return and hope the next jumper is the right size and shipped to right adress. Im sure the item who is 4cm bigger has wrong lable and is not an xs1 and I dont think custumer should pay for their mistake. Very very bad service👎🏻

Extremely late shipping. Thorn seems on clothes. Won’t compensate you.
Ordered and overall to my dog. Was told I would get my package in 2-3 days. It finally arrives 3 weeks later, but I discover that the seems on one of the feet was thorn. Customer service told me I was going to get compensated for the extremely late shipping, then went mia on me. When I tried to get a hold of them they all of a sudden denies that they ever made such a promise. Felt tricked and ignored. It’s my first time shopping from them and had a really bad experience. I felt that I had to literally chase them to get a respond. In the beginning, before you order they’re very friendly and quick to respond but as soon as you make a payment it’s like they all of a sudden change. Won’t shop there anymore. And will start a legal process against them to get my money back.
