Don't touch with a bargepole!

Goods are worse quality than shein but 3 times the price. They dont refund only offer more store credit. Tried to return an item I bought wirh this store credit , cost over £25 as it goes back to China. They then charged in import fee and told i could only have store credit. Great rouse if you keep telling them stuff crap as you might be lucky enough to end up wirh 3 or 4 items that if resold on vinted might get you enough money back bare in mind vinted is awash wirh soera items dreadful company do not touch.

First time order with SOERA. Great customer service!

This was my first time ordering from SOERA. I had found a beautiful dress but it was on 5 other websites with all different prices. I was really skeptical about ordering but the reviews and mentions of great customer service made me choose this one and I’m glad I did! I had ordered a size S but it was too big and I ordered a XS right after. They gave me the option of a refund or increased store credit but I misread the email and already ordered it. I explained what happened to the customer support agent Merriame and she quickly helped me resolve it! The quality of the dress was amazing and I am truly grateful for their help! (:

Such an attentive team

Such an attentive team. I was very well received. Every time I sent an email, it was answered promptly and with a focus on resolving the issue.

Lovely jumper

After the abysmal reviews I read I didn’t have high hopes, but I am really pleasantly surprised! The jumper looks just like the Massimo Dutti one and seems really good quality. Arrived relatively quickly considering how far it was coming from. I do have the same cardigan from Massimo Dutti but a different colour and the only criticism is that this one is slightly smaller than the original but not much.

The coat was cute

The coat was cute, I'm just upset because it took way longer to deliver then I expected to and I didn't get to wear it for the event I bought it for. . So now its just hanging in my closet

Great experience good customer service

Great experience, even though it was shipped from China, the customer service directly replied when I had a question about my package. Tracking was also working and I'm happy with my vegan leather jacket.

NEVER AGAIN!

I have ordered from this company twice now.
The items advertised on the website is NOT the items that you will receive!
They sent me a jacket that looked nothing like the jacket/quality on their website, so offered me a discount code for 105%, so I ordered another coat. The coat IS NOT the coat advertised.
The material is horrible.

I would never recommend this website. Save your money!

I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO ALL OF THE REVIEWS!
EVERYBODY IS SAYING THE SAME THING!!!

I purchased a faux fur coat

I purchased a faux fur coat. To be honest I really like the coat … it was the time it took to get it!!! I waited 4 weeks. So the point is, if you want it quick don’t order it.

Horrible quality, put of pocket returns

Quality was really bad for what I was paying for the coats. The material was so thin. And the dress was literally see through. Ridiculous. Then they dont help at all for return shipping, which is out of country so the rates are insane. So essentially im getting a 50% refund. Waste of time and money. Dont buy!!

Extremely poor service

My parcel arrived over 3 weeks after I ordered it with very little information given by Soera as to where it was when I was chasing delivery.
When it arrived the quality wasn’t great so I wouldn’t order from there again
I emailed their team as per the returns process to start the return. Their website says I need a returns form to put inside the parcel. I’ve asked for this 3 times now and still haven’t received it. It feels like they’re making it extremely difficult for me to return. Their latest email also says I have to return the parcel to China at my own cost which I don’t believe will be cheap! Wish I’d not ordered from there now and won’t be using in the future.

a Satisfied customer
