Avoid buying anything from this…

Avoid buying anything from this company. I bought two jackets in January didn't like quality so asked to return, they offered me 105% credit and to keep the jackets. I refused. Cost me £35 to return the jackets then was informed would have to pay another £35.00 to release from customs and to this date I am still waiting on my refund. They are absolute scammers, keep saying my refund will be paid in 5/10 working days. Please please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING !!!!!!

resolving the issue quickly and professionally

I recently purchased a fur coat, and unfortunately, it did not match the picture shown online. The style and overall look were quite different from what I expected, which was disappointing at first.

However, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received. Merriame was very helpful and understanding, and she assisted me in resolving the issue quickly and professionally. Her support made a big difference and turned a frustrating situation into a much better experience.

While the product itself did not meet my expectations, I truly appreciate the effort made by the staff to make things right.

Great purchase!

Even if the delivery process took longer than I would have liked/expected, I was very happy with my bag order once it was received. Very good quality. Also, the customer service provided by Erick throughout the entire process was excellent!

The bag I received looks nothing like…

The bag I received looks nothing like the bag on the website. Its described as woven & that’s what the picture show but what I received is not woven it’s just a woven effect. Looks very cheap and horrible. Do not buy from this site!
This is an update… after telling me they don’t want me to send the bag back for a refund they told me I either needed to get store credit or they would give me a 50% refund & I could keep the bag. After lots of messages backwards & forwards I reluctantly agreed to the 50% refund. I have never received it. I have messaged them numerous times & I have not received any response. This company is definitely a scam and not to be trusted!

I returned an item 19.11.25 as the quality was very poor and little representation to the picture. The saga began!!! It got ‘stuck in customs’ and they eventually agreed to refund me 04.02.26 having deducted a fee for its retrieval. It’s now 13.03.26 and I still have no refund, despite weekly emails and weekly assurance this will follow within 5 days

STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from this company

If I could give NO stars for review I would.

The items pictured on the website are NOT what you receive. The handbag I ordered for my daughter's birthday was the completely wrong colour and a really cheap imitation leather.

I contacted Soera who after a lot of negotiating said I could have a refund, which they said would credit my bank account within 5-10 days. That was 19 days ago. They are very quick to respond to my emails but no action is being taken.

Do not order from them they are cheap imitation products from China.

18/03/26 Another 7 business days on from my last review and still no refund issued even though Soera are saying they will refund

I shove so much random stuff in my bags and this one takes it all. Sturdy zip strong straps still looks put together even when its stuffed full. Sarah sorted a delivery issue for me quickly btw.

Merriame Was Incredible

Merriame Was Incredible. I needed to cancel my order because the shipping time was slightly longer than my moving time line allowed for. She looked into it right away for me and was able to cancel the order before it shipped and issue me a full refund. Very happy with the service !!!
