Epic failure
I placed an order with them on October 5th. On October 25th I've still not heard from them or got in my delivery. When I sent them an email they replied back and told me how it was my fault for not picking a delivery day. Even though I did get one email back after my order say my order was being processed.
How can you place an order without a delivery date? So in other words they are lying

First time user and I am beyond impressed. Inputted my address wrong in the order and when I contacted them after I realized they were very helpful. Very efficient and easy to use service and half the cost of big box stores. 3 cylinders would have cost $60 anywhere else, but only $30 through Soda Fizzassist. Highly recommend this business.

It was simple, half the price and I didn't have to lug my tanks to the store for an inconvenient experience at the customer service desk. Great communication too. I'll never swap my tanks at a store again. This is the way.

Fantastic Service and Price
When I found out the bottle exchange at local stores sends them away to Ontario to be refilled I wanted to find a local solution.
Soda Fizzassist was easy to order from and had quick delivery at half the cost of the exchange program. I will definitely use them again.
