The design of Socks Carving is definitely good, but the quality is a big L. Some socks have decent elastic, while others don’t even fit properly around the ankle. The inconsistency in sizing and fit makes it disappointing. Overall, I’d rate it 2/5—only for the design. They really need to improve the quality.

Some feedback:
1. The quality of the socks is great. I've purchased these before. I didn't really need to buy more but I got attracted to the reduced price and thought I'd pick up some more.

2. I got even more attracted by your offer to buy 2 pairs with the promise of a surprise gift, so I (foolishly) believed in the offer and ordered 2 pairs.

3. What a shock I got when I received the surprise free gift. A dull and boring pair of socks which I felt like throwing away instantly.
Look, please understand. Nobody is dying for a free gift. We all know this is a sales gimmick but we willingly participate. To add to the fun, the surprise should feel like a surprise. You could have included a pair of decent looking ankle socks, formal socks, sports socks...
Anything but the leftover rubbish item you sent. Sockscarving is acquiring a name and reputation. I'm not a marketing person but I know that, in today's no-guaranteed-loyalty market, to retain a customer you have to keep a customer happy, not think of him/her as some kind of an idiot.
In future, I shall not fall for any of your offers or trust any graphics/icons of gift-wrapped boxes saying 'surprise gift.'

It’s a fake brand . They show classy high standard photo in their website . They dispatch shitty substandard local street standard socks. They do not accept return if you have availed any discount

Ordered 10 pairs and Loved every pair! Colours are bright and it’s comfortable!
And they also gave me a Surprise Gift Which I won’t reveal🤭and loved that also!!

Poor quality products; customer service executive responds after a month but doesn't solve anything

I've ordered socks for my girlfriend and she really loved design and comfort, apart from that, I got the delivery just in 3 days after placing order.

I received the first order of my order of argyle socks and I must say that the quality is excellent. The colours are vibrant and the comfort level is great. My only grouse and reason for a for star rating is the slow delivery. Other than that, it's a 5 star product.

Very bad response from the team and they didn’t delivery the product on time they took 7 days and still i didn’t receive and they are not even responding on the customer care number and didn’t reply my mails

Frustratingly slow service
It has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and I only keep receiving lame whatsapp messages from me explaining that there is a delay in my order. I would never order from them again.

They have the worst delivery timeline. No reply to mail sent also

I ordered on 14th dec and today is 27th and my order get canceled because their delivery partner is not delivering the order and they have not taken any action on it. Worst service worst customer support they don’t care about customers grievances. Almost every customer has posted negative reviews on their service but still the don’t care about it. Will Never buy there product in my life

Sockscarving should be in the photography business because thats what they have in their peoduct, where are the socks, No socks

They have only paper socks quality and wornout within 15 days and price 900 for 5 pairs,

Keep making fools to customers and dont improve

I didn't received my product. I complained to grievance office as well as nodal manager both of them also promised me that I will get the delivery on 21st December 2024 (my order date is 17th November 2024) but I have not received. I tried calling their number but one number is switched off and another one no response.
Such a useless company and it's customer service.

I felt cheated with sockscarving..I placed my order for 2 pkts of socks consisting of 10 pairs of socks....but they cheated me...I paid fully ut they delivered only 5 pairs of socks and packed as if it has 10 pairs of socks ..
At my first order I was highly satisfied so I had placed another order but it's strange that their Team is not truthful to them itself...so they r doing such frauds and my money is not yet refunded for the rest.

Worst ever experience.
Unprofessional and unethical conduct.
