Best price I found online for the items I was looking for, good communication to let me know that a product was on order and that the delivery would be delayed by a day or so. Order dispatched quickly and arrived in reasonable time.

loads of help on the phone with a guy who knew what he was talking about!!!
I wanted some SS sockets one with usb I thought MK but then saw the price are they having a laugh? I wouldn't mind if they were making them in the UK but far east gear anyway. So I looked around the site and found just what I wanted I saved £50 on the usb socket and got the curved edge, SS sockets with black insert just right to match the kitchen appliances. I've already passed the site address to the kitchen fitters so they can get the benefit as well.

4 Gang Combination socket
Ordered online and had reply inside 2 hours that product was out of stock with possible 4 week delay. Couldn't wait that long so company cancelled my odder and gave full refund same day. Very impressed that they me so quickly and advised that they couldn't supply the socket and no quibble refund. Will definitely shop online again with them despite not being able to get what I wanted this time.

The product is not stated as being in stock on our website but normally the manufacturer would deliver this within 3 working days. Unforutnately on this occasion MK find themselves out of stock of the item too, which is why there is a slightly longer lead time.
