Bad shipping costs disclaimers, excessive 34% customs costs
The disclaimer for customs costs is not visible enough, and it's hard to know where the shop is located.
So, my parcel wasn't delivered to my home because there was a "cash on delivery" of €28,87! That's customs—taxes + handling costs—, and it's quite a lot, 34% of the total amount! Any other company would have shared the costs, but not The Sock Drawer.
If you are from Europe or any other non-US country, you better find another shop.

Great socks but punishing charges!
The socks are great and the choice of style and design is amazing although expensive. However, if you are NOT a US customer be prepared to PAY an extra CHARGE. I had to pay a WHACKING £11.66 of CHARGES for an order of 3 pairs of socks totalling £22.50.... this equal an extra 50% of my payment or if we want to talk socks it equals 1 pair and a half! Incredible! If you are not a US customer BE CAREFUL as this CHARGE is only apparent if you look into the shipping details, no mention of it on the payment window.
The retailer gave me a quick apology but pointed out that they cannot do anything about it. What about making it clear at the payment and shipping cost window?
I won't be buying socks on this site again!

Great socks – Big selection - Products and communication that makes me laugh.
I have bought from this company twice. The selection of different types of design for socks is very good. For instance I was looking for a gift for a wine lover and found several socks with wine motif.
Also apparently they have a lot of fairies working in the company. One has to love that :)
Will highly recommend!
