A $1 trial turned into €40.21 in extra charges

A $1 trial turned into €40.21 in unexpected extra charges. I approved one $1 payment through Apple Pay and did not knowingly agree to any additional purchases.

Support claimed I selected paid extras but admitted they could not provide records showing my specific agreement beyond their order data. Despite repeated requests, they refused a refund.

Unclear pricing, frustrating customer service, and no satisfactory resolution. I would never use SocialSensor again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

I never subscribed and they took my money twice!!! Until now I have no answer for emai I have sent about canceling this subscription what I never wanted. I just opened it on ig and then left! Refund my money! Number of my conversation: 246834
