Complete Scam! We get barely no followers, and the ones we got were random people. Result was we got warnings from IG that they detected suspiscios behaviour on our account, and since them seems the algorithm is not picking us up anymore; we have 1/3 of the views!
We wrote them 7-8 emails over 4 weeks, they never got back. The telephone number that in Germany by law needs to be declared in the company registry leads to an answering bot. Extremely unserious.
Don't waste your money, not only you loose your money, you risk your entire IG account to be blocked!

ITS A SCAM! I bought a monthly package of course its a disaster from the first day lol. their strategy is to follow random strangers, wait to follow you back and the unfollow them. thats all :D when i wanted a refund they ghosted me. as a bonus instagram blocked my account with nearly 20k followers because of this behaviour. It took me to fix more than a week! So thank you so MUCH!

I am now with socialmonk,i have the probussiness, and unfortunately in the last three month nothing happened conecering my followers.I already write them several time,and they never replied.So its some sort of Scam.I recomend you not to buy any package.

Warning fraudulent scheme!
Read this warning if you don't want to lose your money with this company.
I contracted socialmonk services in their "STANDARD" package which is the intermediate package and for 1 month, thinking they were a serious company and delivered what they promised.
I have worked with some companies of the type and I am used to the results taking 1-2 days and so I waited until day 5 patiently...when nothing happened I sent a contact form where I complained that nothing had happened in those days and they replied that by mistake my profile was inactive and that they would extend me a few more days for free but did not guarantee results.
Question 1: if they don't guarantee results why do they have a "standard" profile where they ensure double the followers of the "starter" profile?
I should have given up at that moment, but I believe that s companies are honest and will do their best....
Another 3-4 days went by and my profile decreased in followers, yes it did!!! and of course I freaked out! I had paid 60€ for a month of growth and in a week I had lost money and followers
I sent a new contact form and started a whole list of excuses and always reinforcing that they didn't guarantee results and that if I wanted to cancel that was my right (let's see the obvious!!!!) but that they wouldn't give me my money back because they had already done work on my profile...
RUBBISH! They did nothing and kept my money.
I still proposed that they charge me 1 week of the starter package and return the difference. Of course they refused!
Socialmonk is a company that steals, cheats and blatantly lies to customers. Do not hire their services

very bad experience, I paid the amount of (€9.95) euro, to test the service by one-week subscription, that was on Thursday 15
thank I received an email that they work Monday - Friday so I lost four days, and I had no issue of course they will manage
the password of my account was wrong so until I send them the new one, they send me to renew my subscription, how to renew and I didn't test it yet, the reply was your subscription is canceled
so I didn't get any new follower
I couldn't test the service
the subscription for one week I lost 4 days because from their side,
it doesn't worth it at all, very bad experience and service, the main thing to trust the provider is how I can trust if they start like that

You can easily say it is a scam website/service , their website is well designed and attractive but the sad truth is that they don't offer what they claim to. No dashboard to monitor activity, no direct customer service, limited targets, you have to keep two factor authentication off which is weird and unsafe. Above all, after using the service for two days with not a single like/follow/unfollow I asked for a refund and they are not responding directly to my request. At this stage I want my money back.

It's a scam, they only follow random people hoping for a follow back, I can do that for free! No real engagement and the account does not let you delete your data, they are breaking the law, they should be reported!

Do not use social monk! I would give zero stars if I could.
I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to due to the terrible experience I had with this company. Firstly I signed up to their weekly subscription which was advertised as €9. Throughout the one week I did not get a single new follower. There was barely any activities by social monk. I contacted them to cancel the day before my first week ended but to my surprise I was charged €19 the next day. When I queried this I was told the information was on the website and the payment had been processed automatically. It was not obvious at all on the website that the payment would change after the first week and I found this very dubious. They also refused to issue a refund even after several emails telling them I was not happy with the service and had requested a cancellation. So I paid €28 and only got 4 new followers at the end of the 2 weeks which I could have done better by myself. Please stay far away from this company.

I have the password. I am in the account and you obviously do not speak English. I got kicked out of the account after I gave you guys my password so I no longer wish to continue working with you guys.

Operators are kind, and correct, and answered fast enough. I subscribed the medium growth plan.
Price very reasonable -thanks to promotions and special offers. But ... too many following indeed in proportion to followers gained, and perhaps few choices for hashtags and target profiles.

After 2 days of using their service, my account is blocked. In 2 days they made my years of hard work destroyed. It is unclear for now how did that happen.
They gave a full refund though.

Because of reviews I saw after purchasing, I tried cancelling before they even logged into my account and they refused to refund me.

I lost more followers than I have gained and as it has been mentioned early on , they are only working 5days/week but you pay for one week ( which is 7days) they also announced a total of 1000 followers well nothing happened , I'am very disappointed

They log into your account 2-3 times a day during monday - friday and follow a load of random accounts, some of which have followed back (they do look into the hashtags you recommended but due to being a foreign country to my region the "manager" should maybe look abit more into it the topic before accepting the quote) also gain some completely random accounts which would never follow back and increases your following number by like 30 a day (just unfollowed the randoms.

Would recomend if you're looking to get kick start to your page

I decided to try the service, nothing was made on my account, be aware that you will pay for a service only Monday to Friday, the service they claim to be made by human does not seem to be as such, after realising how the company works(48h after the service "started") I asked for the cancellation and refund, but the company informed that even though the cancellation has been made, the refund will not be made. And after a few uncecessary emails, they started being rude. Im having such headache trying to get my money back directly with my bank since the company refused. A piece of advice, the service does not worth the stress and you can find reliable options available.

They did nothing with our account. Not even 1 follower extra. It does not worth the money at all

The first mistake I made was to contract social monk for up to 1000 followers for one month. After a month they did not get up to 130 followers and the contract ended just like that but they refunded me.
