SCAM business model
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I accidentally subscribed after the free trial and was charged for a full subscription. As soon as I realized what had happened, I contacted customer support, explained that the subscription had been activated by mistake, and asked for a refund.
The most frustrating part is that **I never used the service at all**. The company can verify this from their own records, yet they still refused to refund me. Instead of showing any flexibility or goodwill, they simply referred me to their policy.
To me, this feels like a business model that relies on customers forgetting to cancel the free trial and then refusing refunds even when the service has never been used.
I have now requested that my account and personal data be deleted under GDPR because I no longer wish to have any relationship with this company.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I encourage anyone considering the free trial to read the subscription terms very carefully and cancel well before the trial ends if they do not intend to continue.
Its a completly SCAM.
