Take your money and then go missing

Unfortunatley I have had the same experience as others, i paid my deposit in August and final payment in December (after they appiled quite a bit of pressure for me to do so) and still no install or even a date, no response to my messages and i just get passed around each department. Be very careful with this company, it would appear fraudulant. Its very stressful. Its now with my lawyers also.

I wrote the review on google also. Their customer service gave a contact email, my lawyer emailed it on the 2nd March, no response yet. 6th of April, still no refund, had to issue burofax to force a response, very stressfull

Bad after sales support

The installation went well but everything afterwards not so great. There was some back and forth and significant delays with my documents submission to the authorities due to which I received EU subsidies for the project 3 years later instead of expected 1-1.5 years. Then I contracted their maintenance service August 2024 but the still nobody came to check and clear my solar panels. I'm calling them 1-2 times a month and every time they say their agenda is full or there are some complications and I have to wait until they reach me back.

26.03.2026 update:
Over the last eight months, I’ve been actively trying to get an appointment, yet all three appointments I was given were cancelled consecutively. I’m extremely frustrated with this situation and am now considering filing a formal complaint with the Andalusian consumer protection authorities and requesting a refund for the service I paid for but never received.

Nice words but no action ..

Your nice sales staff made us a very good offer in April including a guarantee to install within a few weeks finally 5 months later, after we paid the full contract price the technicians arrived and found they could not install the system. After three months of asking we have had no response or return of our money . Its a customer service Disaster, don't use this company at any cost..

Really good tech support service

Really good tech support service. Soon after writing to clarify a technical doubt about the system I got contacted by a technician that was very knowledgeable and eager to explain the required details to clarify my doubts.

No after sales support. Once the money is paid you dont hear anything.

The company installed the equipment ok, made some mess. The main problem is the lack of after-sales support. They will not help you obtain any spanish grants or tax rebates. My spanish is not good enough to fill out the online forms and i even asked for a 10 minutes call to guide me through the spanish website but they didn’t want to help. Also, phone calls get unamswered and never will you get a callback.

Installation of solar panels

The salesman was very helpful and all the works were carried out punctually and professionally. The after sales service was excellent, call center and technicians reply promptly to any queries.

Excellent management of PV project

The overall process from initial consultation/quotation to the installation of the system was straightforward.
The technical survey undertaken by Julian revealed some changes to the original plan were necessary, but these were agreed favourably with myself.
The installation team were excellent - efficient and friendly. They worked hard to install my 18 panel system on high roofs in a day and a half. They cleaned up everything so you wouldn't know the work had been done! A very proffessional team.
The installation is working perfectly.
Installing a PV system is a significant project, but Socialenergy managed the whole process very well and provided very good support all the way through. I would highly recommend them.

A Great Solar Companypa

I have only had a great experience with this company from the sales team who explained how everything worked to the hard working installation team, and then the cherry on the top being the after sales support and service who personally call you if something is not working as it should be. It is always great when an expensive investment is managed and maintained correctly and professionally. Highly recommend this company.

Professional and forthcoming services

We have very good feeling about the services provided by Social Energy. From the very first contact and signing a contract, till the installation of panels and activation. All staff involved was very professional, communicative and forthcoming. The only downside is that all the process took a bit longer than initially indicated. I would recommend Social Energy to my friends.

Perfect service and quality

We had an excellent experience with Jose Parraga Postigo. He speaks English fluently and explains the whole process in perfect detail. The installation was done quickly, and although we had some technical issues at first, the team from Social Energy was on it and fixed it within a reasonable time. We are delighted with the results and recommend Social Energy as a solid solar solution provider.
