No returns. At all. Never had to look up a return policy before purchasing in my life. But jokes on me I guess, it's right there in the fine print of you go look for it. Waste of money for cheap garbage. Total scam company.

The sizes run super big and I had purchased a 3 pack and 2 were unopened and they would not return them

Zero return policy even on unopened items despite not liking the material. It is stated in their website but also says “30 day returns on most items” which is misleading, and now I know only applies to defective items or sizing issues. So be sure to purchase thoughtfully and be willing to take the risk that if you don’t like the item you’ll have to eat the cost.
Ordered a shirt on 9th December for a Christmas present and it cost £76.
As of 31st December this shirt has not arrived.
This is not acceptable.
