They sell a broken site, they cant fix it. They jerk you around until your support subscription runs out and wants you to keep paying and they don't fix it. Like other gentleman on here I spent over 5,000.00 for plugins, ios and android apps. This has been going on for over 3 years and BBB here in USA can't help. Trying to find bbb in India, such a scam DO NOT BUY THEIR SITE OR PLUGINS

Socialapps.tech is a 3rd party plugin developer for socialengine. And I made the mistake of diving right into the project and bought the full suite of plugins from them. Their demo sites and website looks good, looks like something that can work out of the box like that. BUT
- many many bugs on the plugins. It just doesn't work as advertised and raising a ticket takes days to be answered and resolved. Like the other comments, reasons like covid, staff falling sick etc are what they say

- They will reply on the ticket that the item is resolved. But it is not, and it is the same problem that you have to raise a ticket again. VERY frustrating.

- You'd think their plugins should be updated to support the latest version of socialengine. But no, they can tell me that the plugins are not updated for this version, and those that are, again are very buggy

- The whole interface is inconsistent, the UI is wonky in many areas. Mobile view is another set of problems that I have to troubleshoot and again it takes forever to fix the problem. Seemingly small issues like Emoticons displaying as garbage after you post it CANNOT be fixed after months. They fix something, they will break something else.

I have given up on socialengine and socialapps.tech. I have tried for a year plus to plow through it, having invested over $3000 into the website, plugins, support, channelize, custom work, and still getting problems.

The initial premise is very promising. Their sales staff will promise you the skies and after you purchase, their tech team will screw it up.

Their glowing reviews come from the customers immediately after the website is setup. Before I get a chance to work thru the problems and experience their "expertise" and slow response and bugs, they will ask for a review to "encourage the team to do better for me". I gave such a review and deeply regret it.

The worse customer and chat service in the entire world
My name is sylvie and I have tried to contact this company. I have left several messages via there online contact page, i have left message and texts on their skype page to no avail. It is like contacting a ghost company. after 5 days of no contact from this company I am incline to say that there is no one who cares enough to reply or contact their existing customers. They just do not care. How a company can function if no on bother to reply to emails, phone calls? how to they conduct their business? Can someone let me know? 5 days with no contact whatsoever.

Con artists, they promise a lot and never deliver just make excuses like I’m pregnant! I have covid! Pregnancy lasts more than 2 weeks and covid lasts more than a day!

Do not use them their apps or anything they are complete con artists, I am taking them to court soon.

This company took thousands of dollars from me 6 months ago and still has not delivered what they promised! IF you plan on using SocialApps.Tech, BigStep Technologies, or Channelize.io DO NOT! They stole my money, They might steal yours too!
