Ordered like two months ago, just says my orders paid I've had friends and family order from them after mine was placed and they've all got theirs. Just get some auto response every time I write to them. Absolute nightmare and they used to be so quick and reliable.

Is the website down i ordered and heard nothing since and can not get on the website

Ordered mid-August, product still not arrived. Tracking says its in Home Counties North MC but hasnt moved for 6 weeks. Feels like a Royal Mail issue but since company is unresponsive and not willing to help resolve it, makes the process impossible.

Sent a misprinted faulty jersey, totally refused any kind of recourse. A discount on another faulty jersey is unacceptable compensation for a product that is useless.

Got my new chelsea shirt today after ordering 3 weeks ago. Also ordered a england shirt just before the euros and turned up in 3 weeks also.

After reading some reviews I was sceptical, however I had a pair of Nike trainers and a boca juniors shirt both are fantastic, took about a month to arrive but absolutely worth the wait fantastic quality

BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER BIG, THEY NEVER SEND PARCELS OUT, CLAIMED IT BACK THROUGH MY BANK AND NOW THEY HAVE BLACKLISTED ME, USE DH GATE! MUCH EASIER!

Ordered off soccer03 now soccer04 or soccer04 store, paid at time of purchase to topsvipcloth received my item only to see another pending payment (that I couldn't cancel & didn't authorise in my banking app) go through from another company called pandabuy nearly 2 weeks later. Never used Panadbuy before, wasn't even aware of the "company" and as Pandabuy are Chinese middlemen for purchasing overseas items I can only
assume fraudulent activities has been carried out. Be very very careful!

Item never arrived.. and my revolut was cleared out a couple of weeks later.. might be coincidence but I've been reading a lot of comments on here about card fraud

They were a good site and have had several kids kits from them but most recent order, as others have said, I'm pretty sure they have sold my card details which lead to attempts to withdraw money from my account overseas. Luckily my bank detected this and froze my account.

I have orderd multiple items from this company in the last 12 months for both myself and my son,the items have been great quality. Yes they can take a while to arrive (around 4-6 weeks) but worth the wait. Just be aware that that when you get to checkout you do then pay around £7-£8 more because of the exchange rate. But considering how much they are i cannot complain, I've saved a mini fortune! If we weren't ripped off in this country for footy shirt prices etc then I wouldn't buy abroad, but there you go.

Nightmare of a company. Cannot get a refund and can't get my goods. Ordered nearly 3 months ago. You would be off your head to use this company. Should be reported for fraud.
My debit card has been hacked recently as well. 6 to 7 weeks after ordering from them . Seems to.be a common trend. Use at your pearl.

Absolutley awful, ordered two of the same kits, both were different in colour and one of the shorts was different to the other. They said I could return (at a cost) or they could refund me $2 per kit! Jerseys cheap, kits cheap but once you’ve got it and it’s wrong, there’s no replacement or refund. You’ve been warned! You also can’t leave poor feedback on the site, only good feedback, what tells you everything you need to know.

Well after posting my review my items have turned up today….

Ordered from soccer03 before no problems but after a recent purchase about 4weeks ago and then trying to make a purchase yesterday thst didn't go though my debit card has been hacked

No really communication just delay after delay
Orders over two months ago Said it was sent over three weeks ago but nothing delivered. Requesting a credit

I'm at 8 weeks since ordering and still don't have any updated tracking details. I've whatsapped and had a generic message to wait. After I followed up again they said it has been sent update tracking in a few days (that was in week 8). I'm not opposed to the waiting, but seeing others tend to get a 5-6 week turn around I'm not sure what's going on.
Interestingly, I saw some comments about card theft, my card details were recently used but that was around 7 weeks after order.

Ordered over 5 times and could not be happier I honestly done believe any of these 1 star reviews yes it takes between 4-5 week to arrive that is the only downside never got a thing wrong discharged nothing anothe package came today and I’m back on ordering more already great site people

I used this site and yes it takes a while to come but the quality of jerseys and great and I’m very disappointed for everyone leaving bad reviews as the site has now been taken down 😡
