Customer service sucks. I ordered a jacket as part of my daughter’s soccer uniform and the size chart was wrong and the jacket was huge. I reached out to them and they told me I could not return the jacket since it’s part of a team (it didn’t have a number or anything like that and our league has hundreds of players in it. They could definitely re sale the jacket) so now I’m stuck with a huge jacket due to their wrong sizing chart.

The customer service experience via phone with Ms. Marilyn was top notch!! She had the best attitude, was very knowledgeable and properly helped me execute the online navigation while on the phone with me; making my online navigation and custom ordering pleasant and easy experience all while delivering a friendly and happy attitude. Ms Marilyn deserves a BONUS!!!

Purchased the Adidas Tiro 25 & 26 Match Day shorts, Men’s size Medium from Soccer.com. I returned the 26 version because it was significantly smaller than the 25. I was charged over $10 for the initial shipment and over $8 for the return. They also tell me it will take up to 10 business days for the refund to take effect. I believe Soccer.com policy and customer experience is not friendly. I do not intend on shopping with them again and will not recommend them to others.

My first ever purchase was the Mizuno Alpha III Elites. It only took 2 weeks for it to be delivered in the mail. It's fast and real. I'd definitely buy again.
