My heating stopped working on Sunday

My heating stopped working on Sunday, i called S O'Brien's who confirmed they would get somebody out to me on the following day. They turned up on Monday morning, fixed my heating and hot water and got my boiler working again. I could not fault their speedy customer service, kept me up to date and ensured everything was fully operational. Very professional people. Thank you so much S O'Brien Heating !!!

Efficient, Honest, Fast, Friendly.

Efficient, Honest, Cost Effective and Fast.
I had a problem and called ‘out of hours’ late Sunday evening.
9am Monday morning I had a call back and by lunchtime the engineer was knocking on my door.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Spoke to the company about a heating…

Spoke to the company about a heating issue I had, it was basically stuck on all the time, an engineer was scheduled for the following day, arrived promptly and replaced a faulty valve, polite staff and very professional, thank you,

absolutely great service. Very friendly and explained everything they were doing. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Can not recommend this company enough. I had no heating or hot water. Engineer rang me to say when he’d be there, turned up on time and boiler was repaired with no issue. Engineer was really polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend the services…

I would highly recommend the services of this company. I have had my boiler serviced and landlord checked for the last 5 years and I can confirm that the service received was a very high standard and won't use anyone else. The team are experienced, knowledgeable and care about the customer. Thank you again for all your efforts it is very much appreciated as nothing is too much trouble.

The engineer left and when I went…

The engineer left and when I went upstairs an hour later the towel rail bleed vv was left leaking and there was a pool of water on the floor.Not happy.

Disgusting company DO NOT USE!

Disgusting company! DO NOT USE!!!! STAY AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE!!

GODFREY the engineer who came to my grandmothers house to do a yearly inspection on her boiler stole from my vunable grandmother. The company could not care less. And in the managers words or whoever I spoke to words "Why would an engineer steal £70 when they earn hundreds in just a morning" The pleasant gent who likes to talk down to women not to mention a narcissist. The crime IS in the process of the police and has been reported via online on the 06/10/2021. The person I spoke to yesterday was poorly dealt with the situation and in his words again "I'm not prepared to go into full details about it all" I'm sorry did I need an appointment to discuss about one of your employees stealing?

It seems they don't care about their customers and when bought up from someone who isn't vunable they get defensive, laugh, and speak down to them. I got who I spoke to wrong. But either way what type of company speaks to their customers like that? What type of company thinking it's ok to speak down to someone. A company like this should not be ran by people like this and when the tables are turned and I write this review I get a phone call from the manager? Or a supervisor?

This review is purely to earn vunable customers or families thinking that they should use this company. Please don't honestly go elsewhere.

Hi,

Following our visit in July we were contacted and advised of an alleged theft from a property. The attending engineer was suspended from all duties with immediate effect pending an internal investigation, at this point the customer was also given advice that this is a criminal matter and must dealt with by the police.

There has been no further contact until your phone call yesterday. Your review regarding the Managing Director is untrue, as you have not spoken with him, due to him currently being away from the business.

As a business we ensure that all our field based employees are of sound character including the completion of a Disclosure Barring Service check and are regularly monitored.

I have called you this morning and left a voice mail to discuss further.

Didn’t have the authority to check filter which is a vital part of boiler check annually
Apparently British Gas use this company for services. DON’T

Excellent...

Had my boiler serviced today...engineer phoned at 8am gave me a time when he would arrive. Arrived on time smartly dressed with a mask was polite what more could you want. Two weeks ago had an electrician from S O'Brian and received the same treatment...highly recommend

5 star engineer

I do reviews only if I have very bad , or excellent experience. Mediocre do not deserve my reviews....
And this one was a 5*!
I have had this morning attending engineer Nishard Jones, who was servicing my boiler and have to say that he is a dream of every customer ( in professional way lol)!
He came very prepared, even with own ladder! Very professional, have done servicing in depth ( unlike others I had before, in 5 min are out of the door), answered my questions, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, willing to go an extra mile to help customer with advise. I have a radiator that no one could fix, Nishard just removed valve, did few knocks and heating is on! Amazing!!! We need more engineers alike, who know their trade and making customers satisfied.
