Had a really helpful conversation before I ordered which helped me to understand technical details.

I treated myself to some soap from Posh soaps but unfortunately when the postman delivered it he placed it in our green bin as no-one was home and marked it as 'delivered to a safe place'!! The bin men came and emptied the bin, parcel and all! Oliver arranged a redelivery for me with no quibbles at all and did so with friendliness and wit, telling me to grab the postman and tell him not to put things in the bin. I'll definitely shop again with Posh Soaps as they sorted this for me eventhough it was through no fault of their own. Thank you Oliver!.
