They used to be great
They used to be great, I have been a customer since before they even had a store front. HOWEVER, they have changed shipping policies and even though I have ordered with signature required to make sure I get my package in the past. This time I was met with a hassle and wait til the end of the day to see if we even can do this etc. This is not the soap korner I remember and have ordered from for YEARS. customer service is gone. I was even told, well if you don't get it you will need to contact the post office. Which is why I wanted signature required in the first place. give it time and the reviews will reflect this fact. They have a great product but the service isn't what it used to be.

We’d like to clarify a few points, as there seems to have been some misunderstanding. We have not changed our shipping policies, and signature-required delivery is not a service we currently offer. Because this was a unique request, our team needed a few minutes to reach out to our shipping department to see what the cost would be to add onto your order.
We spoke with you at 8:59 AM, and by 9:12 AM—while we were still actively working to get that information—you had already followed up and decided we were taking too long and your husband said it was too much of a hassle. At no point did we ask you to wait until the end of the day; we were simply in the process of trying to provide an accurate answer as quickly as possible on a busy Monday morning.
We also want to clarify that once a package is in transit, any delivery issues or special handling (such as missed deliveries) are managed directly through the carrier, which is why contacting the post office may sometimes be necessary.
Lastly, our storefront operates separately, under a different name and management and does not impact our shipping or customer service processes.
We always strive to provide prompt and reliable service, and we regret that this interaction didn’t reflect that for you. If you’d like to discuss this further, we’re happy to help—please feel free to reach out to us directly at customerservice@soapkorner.com.
