Scammed me I bought 7 jackets to resell…

Scammed me I bought 7 jackets to resell 5 Moncler Maya and 2 Canada goose and every single one was fake the fur was off and the badges for Canada goose scanned to Chinese website and the Moncler came back fake after several authentications. DONT BUY IF YOU WANT AUTHENTIC CLOTHES!! Didn’t give me a refund unjust kept gaslighting me the whole time horrible customer service these guys are scammers charging that much for fakes

I’m giving two stars purely because the product did eventually arrive. Otherwise, this was an awful experience. I ordered the item as a birthday gift, with an estimated delivery time of 6-9 working days — it ended up taking nearly three weeks, so it missed the occasion. Attempts to get an update were frustrating; I managed to get one reply via Instagram, but my emails and live chat messages were ignored. To top it off, they sent the wrong size. Unless you have a lot of patience, I’d recommend thinking twice before ordering.

Soon to contact about a size swap, hopefully that process isn’t as painful will update when I do.
