Good experience from begining to end

Very easy on line ordering process. Competitive pricing. Prompt delivery, arrived on requested day and within 2 hour time slot promised. Items all as ordered, very well packed and in good condition. Very impressive all round

Overall, would buy from them again

Competitively priced products. Good quality. Very nice and helpful customer service agents. Delivery fairly reliable (although some goods have arrived very dirty and it has not been down to the courier). Have had purchased quite a few products over two years and my only request would be that they make sure everything is in stock as I have waited months for a product to arrive with the arrival date regularly moving back (and with soak sitting on my money). Overall though, would still buy from them again but they could easily become a five star by improving in a few small areas.

Very happy!

The two toilets I bought, with the added 20% off were far cheaper and more stylish looking than anything comparable in the shops.
I also bought a radiator, of which proportions I could not find elsewhere.
Delivered at exactly the time specified.
I will definitely use them again👍
